We could offer 2 apartments in the same building at Constitucion Square.

1. - Spacious penthouse with high ceilings, exterior, exquisitely restored respecting its original charm with a perfect combination of classic and modern.

A lounge with two sofas 200cmx120cm bed and plasma TV 32 inch, bedroom with a queen bed 180cm x 200cm bed, kitchen with all appliances, kitchen and dining area for six, the bathroom has a large shower with glass partition.

Air conditioning / heating and double glazed windows throughout the house.

All completely brand new.

Right in the historical event but very quiet thanks to double glazing windows.

2. - Spacious 3 bedrooms apartment with capacity for 8-10 people. Fully renovated and tastefully decorated. It has 2 livingrooms (one with sofa bed), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, 1 fully equipped kitchen and 3 balconies with lovely views to Constitucion Square.

  • Apartment situated in Constitucion Square just by Larios Street - in the heart of the historic centre- . There is no better location to know Malaga.

    Prices are based on 2 people. Max. capacity for the apartment is 6 people. 3th, 4th, 05th and 06th people have a small extra charge.

    To confirm the booking we require a deposit the total reservation. The balance will be paid on arrival in cash + a refundable deposit of 150.00 €. This deposit will be refunded upon departure after checking the apartment is in the same condition as it was delivered.

    A copy of passport or identity card will be required at the checkin.
  • Checkin and checkout times:

    Arrival time is between 15:00 and 22:00.

    For departures before 08:00 hours, extra charge of 30.00 euros.

    The time of arrival and departure is flexible depending on availability.

Lovely penthouse apartment

We have just returned from one weeks stay in the 1 bedroomed penthouse apartment and it is exactly as described. The location is excellent and we did not hear any noise from the street when trying to sleep. We had the fans on in the bedroom and there is AC in the living room/dining room area. The living room is spacious, as is the kitchen/dining area. The views from the apartment are lovely especially at night. The wifi connection is very good & the TV has some English speaking channels. The property was clean and the owner provided a great service to us. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone, however the lift stops one floor short of the apartment so if you have difficulty with steps this might be an issue but otherwise it is fine.
There are plenty of good bars and restaurants nearby, however the port area is gorgeous and the variety of restaurants here is worth checking out. The hop on/hop off bus tour is costly at €18 and not really worth doing as you can walk around most of Malaga yourself but be sure to visit the Alcazba, the Castillo and the port area. The beach is a 5-10 min walk and is lovely. The Malaga Bike tour takes 3-4 hours and brings you around many areas of Malaga also. This is also costly at €25 but a better tour than the bus tour one.

A wonderful Christmas

My husband and I stayed in this apartment for Christmas. Equipped with everything you need and the best location you could wish for, a wonderful place to enjoy Christmas festivities and the wonderful lights of the central plaza.
It was also great to enjoy the use of the wifi and DVD player
We will definitely come back to Malaga

Clean, well-equipped and bright appartment with great views onto the square and hills beyond. Very friendly and helpful host who provided us with lots of useful local information. Would definitely recommend a visit to the market. Malaga is a great city with lots to see and do and the flat is ideally sited for this purpose. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay.

great location and very nice apartmenty

The apartment is right on one of the main squares in malaga, with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants all around. Even with bars below the apartment is quiet and peaceful with the windows shut. If you open the large windows you get to breath in the city and watch the people of the city. Black out blinds are also a welcome addition. Its a comfy apartment, perfect for a couple.
The lift only goes up to the floor below the apartment and then there are stairs to the top floor, ok for us but maybe not for everyone!
in general its a lovley, nicely decorated, convienient flat in the heart of malaga city, which is a great city!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Romantic Getaway

A really fantastic apartment with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay in a lovely City.
The rooms are bright and airy, with big windows overlooking the best Square in Malaga.
The kitchen and bathroom are modern with lots of space.
The living room and bedroom are both spacious and again incredibly well furnished.
Really well maintained and clean.
The location is equally perfect - bars and restaurants on the doorstep.
The main sights are all within walking distance, and even the City Beach is an easy stroll away through the botanical gardens.

Friendly and very helpful owners make the choice even better !
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
