The apartment and complex: Looking for a modern, well-appointed 4 bed self-contained Apartment, close to local amenities and offering stunning sea views and sunsets? Well, this could be the one for you! Sleeping a maximum of 7, this apartment is ideal for a large group or one or two families sharing. With it's communal facilities such as the landscaped gardens, swimming pools (1 large and 1 for kids) and enclosed community, Port Bou offers a great self-catering holiday and, if renting a car or even two, for your whole holiday or just wanting to hire on a daily basis, there are 2 parking spaces within the safe and secure remote controlled underground carpark.

Local facilities and amenities: The apartment is close to and within walking distance of a host of local facilities including supermarkets and shops. Some great clubs and pubs abound, such as Sgt Peppers, the Millenium and BN3 are close to hand and don't forget Kumhara's, a great chill-out bar/restaurant right on the doorstep. Mainline bus and taxi routes are close by if wanting to taste the high-life in San Antonio, or the more relaxed atmospheres of San Jose, with it's chic shops and boutiques and Ibiza town and it's ancient walled Old Town, known as the D'Alt Villa.

Things to do: Just a few within easy reach of the apartment especially in San Antonio! Try parascending in the Bay; charter a range of boats from runabouts to big cruisers or yachts; take a sunset trip around the Bay; try water skiing or banana-boating from Pinet or Es Puet, both within the confines of the bay; hire a jetski from Playa Bella or try your racing skills at the local Go-kart track; and if you're really desperate, have a go in the Slingshot! If you're looking for a more relaxed and chilled out holiday, then just top up your tan by the Communal pool by day, and then saunter in to San An and go along to Cafe Mambo/Cafe del Mar, have a cocktail and chill, watching the sunset and listening to the cool sounds of famous DJ'S in the background. Round the day off with a great dinner in any one of the numerous restaurants that abound in the Bay and then take a taxi home, sleep and get ready for tomorrow, or if you still have some energy to burn, sample the night life at Eden or Es Paradis.

This Apartment is located on the first line to the southern coastline of the Bay of San Antonio and being west-facing, affords stunning views of the sea and the outlying islands of Conillera and Bosky, as well as benefiting from superb sunsets. Ideally situated between Cala de Bou and Ses Fontanelles, local amenities and facilities such as restaurants, bars, including the popular sunset chill-out bar/restaurant Kumhara's, shops and supermarkets are well catered for and the apartment is within easy access of some great beaches, including Punta Pinet and Playa Bella, both within walking distance. Not much further afield lie the beautiful beaches of Port des Torrent, Cala Bassa and the jewel in the crown, Cala Conta. If you're looking for a bit more, then the bustling town of San Antonio lies only 3 km away, with it's famous bars and cafes, such as Cafe del Mar and Cafe Mambo, it's great shops and restaurants, and it's almost new marina, as well, of course, it's night life.

Golf: There is a 9 and 18 hole golf course at Roca Llisa, between Jesus and Santa Eularia, some 25 km from the apartment to the north-east of the island. Non-members can play on a daily basis and there is a bar and restaurant.
