In the first phase of the prestigious Hameau des Crosets development our modern luxury apartment, which was completed in April 2007, looks directly onto the Dents du Midi with amazing floor to ceiling panoramic views of the mountains and the main slope.

Ski in Ski out with immediate access to 650km of Piste on the Portes du Soleil in Switzerland and France. Restaurants, a mini supermarket and ski hire facilities are all on the doorstep.

The spacious apartment is furnished to a very high standard with three double bedrooms, two luxury bathrooms, a luxury fitted kitchen with dishwasher, induction hob, oven and microwave, open plan to a large lounge/dining room with fireplace (internal living area of 110 sq meters).

There is a very large balcony which runs three sides of the property (external area of 65 sq meters) with spectacular views over the Dents du Midi and main ski slope. The 42' Plasma TV has digital access to UK TV Channels and a DVD player along with free WIFI internet access.

Secure underground parking for two cars, a ski room for all your ski equipment and a lift directly to your front door is provided.

This luxury apartment is situated in the heart of the beautiful Swiss alpine village of Les Crosets with access to 650km of skiing in the Portes du Soleil, the largest ski domain in Europe.

We bought the apartment off plan in 2007 because it was by far the highest specification of any ski property we had seen in our extensive search of France and Switzerland.

The view from the living room is breathtaking and unrivaled in the Hameau.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has 65 square meters of balcony spanning three sides of the property. It attracts the sun throughout the day including evening sun on the front balcony. The view of the Dents du Midi is spectacular - the colours on the mountains when the sun sets are a site to behold.

The apartment is very spacious with three generous double bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Because it is new build it is very warm with underfloor heating throughout and well insulated.

Stunning.

Magnificent in every way. We have stayed here 3 times during ski season and again in the summer. We have always driven from the UK, there is secure underground parking suitable for a large car with top box. The apartment is spacious, modern, airy and clean with all the facilities you would need. Clear and breathtaking views of the mountains in the heart of this beautiful swiss alpin village.The sunlight pours in all day and it has a huge 270 degree balcony ¾ round building. It really is ski in/ski out. Cannot rate this more highly. Totally relaxing and a beautiful home.

Skiing - superb access to huge ski region suitable for complete beginners to excellent level with the famous’ Swiss Wall’ a short ski away. Very child friendly resort with excellent ski school, but also a very peaceful and intimate atmosphere for adults. In the summer enjoy the beautiful scenery, lovely walks or mountain biking over the valley (all within reach with the lifts). It's a fantastic purpose built mountain bike park plus there's a high wire experience crossing the valley.

Some lovely restaurants, shops, hotels and bars literally all within 100 metres .

Relaxing home from home in the mountains

Spacious, well appointed apartment with unrivalled views of the Dents du Midi with easy access to the slopes and the facilities in Les Crosets.

This place ticks all the boxes.

The open-plan living space is ideal for families and friends, and the whole place has a relaxed, homely feel about it.
The secure underground parking with remote control door was useful as it saved spending time clearing snow before you could use the car.

An unexpected touch was the Bose iPhone speaker dock, although it did spark a couple of 'iTunes wars' - disputes about which playlist and iPhone should be occupying it!

Definitely would stay here again and the lasting memory is sipping schnapps on the balcony looking at THAT view.

Excellent

I have stayed in this apartment in summer and winter. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with a panorama of wonderful views over the mountains and valleys.
In winter Les Crosets is an excellent skiing resort.
In summer there are fantastic walks. The air is fresh and clean. However there is access to facilities and events around Lake Geneva. On the last visit we visited the Montreux Jazz festival which was great. Another day we swam in an open air pool - it was a very warm day.
Les Crosets is quiet and peaceful in the summer - cow bells ringing from the beautiful meadows are so Alpine. There are a few good restaurants and shopping facilities. However for a wider range there is additional choice in towns and villages down the valley.
The apartment is clean and well maintained. I would have no hesitation recommending it to friends and family.

I've stayed here twice, once for a mountain walking trip in the Summer and once for a Ski holiday in the Winter. Both visits were fantastic, it has everything from skiing 'on your doorstep' to fine dining in the evening - with fabulous views.....a fantastic location with easy access to ski-lifts. Highly recommended.

Beautiful Chalet in stunning surroundings!

Our week at the Hameau des Crosets was just great in every way. The surrounding are "chocolate box" perfect with unparalleled views of the Dents du Midi. We were right outside the nursery slope so our kids (9 and 7) could just hop over the snow in the morning and ski down to their lesson point. Unlike many other ski villages,

Les Crosets has not been over-developed, so retains a lovely, quaint, Swiss charm. The apartment has the sun on the various balconies all day, for soaking up the rays if your feeling skied out! There is ample underground parking and locker storage. Inside, the apartment is massive by any standards and is absolutely spotlessly clean. Easily the best ski chalet that I have ever stayed in. It is extremely well furnished and the beds are also very comfortable. There is a superb kitchen and it has everything you need for family catering. There is also a large pantry for food storage. It was easy to cook each night and very enjoyable sitting around the table together eating, and afterwards playing board games until bedtime. There is also a full digital television service if you prefer to watch TV with plenty of English channels. The wifi is also excellent in the apartment.

As the village is linked to the Portes des Soleil region it means that there is a vast amount of skiing for all levels. You can take at least 2 lifts over to the French side of the resort to Avoriaz or Morzine, or stay on the Swiss side down to Champery. The lifts are well staffed and the people are helpful with the little ones. There is a good snow park for the kids to practise their jumps! The Les Crosets Ski school was excellent, with friendly and bi-lingual instructors-every care was taken with the children whilst in lessons.and I could not fault the service.
There are plenty of bars and restaurants along the piste for a coffee or something stronger. Its not a town that's big on night-life so may not be suitable for the younger crowd, but for families, couples and those wanting to get away from it all, its a lovely place to spend a week or two!

Ski: Les Crosets is a quaint Swiss village situated at 1660m (the highest Swiss village on the Portes du Soleil) providing excellent access into the Portes du Soleil ski area. The Portes du Soleil is one of the largest linked ski areas in the world, comprising of 14 villages (6 Swiss, 8 French) with access to over 650km of pistes. The linked villages include Avoriaz, Morzine, Les Gets, Chatel, Morgins and Champery. Throughout these villages you will find an abundance of traditional and atmospheric bars and restaurants to enjoy a coffee or lunch. The Swiss 'Wall' is only 2 lifts away and the area caters for all ranges of abilities. There is a Snow Park in Les Crosets and nearby Avoriaz. Les Crosets is an easy 1.5 hour drive from Geneva and has good local transport links. There are plenty of facilities on the doorstep; a ski school, ski hire shops, supermarket and restaurants all within easy walking distance.

In the summer there is an extensive network of walking and mountain biking trails. The area is renowned for holding the Mountain Biking World Championships. The enchanting village of Champery is only a 15 minute drive away. There are a wide variety of summer tourist attractions nearby including Le Bouveret Aqua Parc, and the Thermal Baths at Val d'Illiez and Lavey les Bains. Lake Geneva is 30 mins by car where you can windsurf, jet ski, sail and waterski as well as visit the famous lakeside town of Montreux.
