  • In the price is all included, cleaning, water, electricity, white towels and bed linen. Towels for pool.

    The guarantee booking will need to pay like deposit 20% by transfer-account.

    A deposit of 500 Euro must be paid (upon arrival) be returned the last day of the stay.

    Winter heating, underfloor heating throughout the house will be paid apart from the last day of stay according to consumption.
  • The arrival time ( check-in ) is after 16:00h. And leaving time at 10am.

    It is possible arrive on the house early in the morning if no other guests are departing the same day.

    From June to October changeover day is only on Saturday.

    The other monts changeover day is flexible.

I can for sure recomend this wonderfull villa in Son Gual. We stayed there for 1 week with our family and had a fantastic time, the owners were so friendly and helpfull and the house was even better than imagined from the photos. We have recommended this place to many friends and familly and would deffinately choose to stay there again if we will visit Mallorca once more.
