Please see the calendar and check your dates. Treat yourself to a stay in our fabulous designer duplex penthouse which, at 340 m2, has more terrace space than you will believe possible. The top floor terrace has a very private solarium so you don't need to worry if you forget your bikini.

The apartment has had a designer makeover and boasts quality cream leather sofas in the lounge mixed with high gloss white furnishings. The bedrooms are cool and comfortable in white with a splash of Mediterranean colour.

We have included all of the gadgets that you need from WiFi to a TV with built-in media player and digital movie library available for your use (parental guidance for children). There is a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso machine and brand new designer kitchen appliances to make your stay even more comfortable.

The apartment is also fitted with smoke alarms.

From great air conditioning to endless showers - everything works! A new advanced Junkers / Bosch gas boiler was installed in January 2013 to provide the best in constant hot water with no hot water tank to empty leaving you or your fellow guests to shower in cold water. For your added safety the boiler is located externally to the building and this means there is no risk at all of any problems with CO (Carbon Monoxide). Gas is mains fed also so you do not have to mess about changing gas bottles which is very common along this coastline.

Surrounding area: The apartment is situated between Marbella and Estepona. For the family, there are many local attractions including the fabulous Selwo Safari Park 5 mins away, Tivoli World, and Sea World and a fantastic soft play centre only 5 minutes away by car.

In Marbella you will find a wealth of fabulous international restaurants, bars and nightclubs. The famous 'Orange Square' lies at the heart of the old town and is surrounded by traditional Spanish restaurants and a maze of narrow streets selling everything from art to designer fashion.

The world famous Puerto Banus is renowned as a holiday resort and home to the rich and famous, It is home to some of the finest shops and restaurants in Spain and has a large yacht marina and sandy beaches.

Estepona, the largest town before Gibraltar, is a large traditional Spanish town with a beautiful harbour where you can dine in one of the numerous restaurants overlooking the sea. It has good shopping and a bustling Sunday market.

If you don't feel like travelling too far there are many quality restaurants locally that have been personally sampled by the owners and listed in the apartment facilities guide.

There is also horse riding available close to Dunas Green.

LOVELY APARTMENT WITH ALL THE TRIMMINGS

I recently stayed here with a group of 7 girls for a double birthday celebration, despite the bad weather we still had a fab time and Mr Thomson has really gone above and beyond to make this apartment a pleasure to stay in.
The balconies are very spacious, Sky TV and very nice furniture. A short drive to PB and easy to get to from Malaga airport.
I would not hesitate to come back.

DUNAS GREEN APRIL 2012

What a fantastic apartment! The owners have thought of everything you could possibly need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The penthouse itself was spacious, clean and very well equipped. We ate breakfast every morning on the vast terrace overlooking the swimming pool & views of the sea.
The Nespresso coffee machine was a lovely extra touch - although now my husband insists we need one for home!
There are 4 double bedrooms each with plenty of wardrobe & storage space and the master bedroom has a lovely en suite bathroom with his & hers sinks.

The apartment was perfect for children as there was so much space inside and out on the terraces. My 2 year old loved the pool as it was shallow enough for her to paddle around in - it's sloped so no big drop into the deep end.

We tried most of restaurants recommended to us and they were all fantastic we especially liked the Tikitano which is less than a 5 minute drive away and has amazing views of the sea. We also really liked Laguna village the beach is really nice there and they have a good choice of eateries.

It's a perfect location to get to Marbella & Puerto Banus which are only 10 minutes by car and they have lots of nice places to eat.

We had an amazing time and would definitely go back again and would recommend to friends & family.

I have rented many apartments myself over the years as a customer and some have been good and some less than described. I like good A/C and I recall writing to one agent asking for confirmation that the A/C worked well. They said it did. When we arrived I saw fans everywhere and I knew it would be too hot to sleep. The agent gave me some discount and I accepted as it was too late to mess about looking for somewhere else. I was like a zombie for two weeks.

We have tried to make our place exceptional and also make sure that all of the creature comforts like hot water on tap and air conditioning work very well. Our Penthouse is our only rental property and it is designed to give you luxurious surroundings to make your holiday special. We want our clients to feel absolutely confident and trust what we say in our description.

DUNAS GREEN PENTHOUSE

We spent a very nice week in the spacious and well equipped penthouse. It was a pleasure to live there. In the early morning we saw the sun rising over the Mediteranean Sea. Of course everything was clean and new. I liked some details so much, that I would like to have them at home!!

Each morning we had a cup of wonderful Nespresso coffee at the
terrace. As there were 4 bedrooms our sons had each his own bedroom. Fantastic!! Big pool for us alone.

From the apartment it was just a walk to the beach. If you go by car to the beach it is easy to find a good parking. Some nice beach clubs are not very far, about 5 to 10 minutes by car.

We had a good and not too expensive meal at Tikitano, a restaurant near to the apartment. Visit Gibraltar, Ronda, Mijas, Benahavis, Marbella and Puerto Banus. You can reach it easy.

We will come back!!

OUR STAY AT DUNAS GREEN SUMMER 2011

This is a perfect penthouse with a lot of space, very high decorated, luxury equipment and very beautifull views to the sea, nice overlooking to the pool. The terrace is amazing big and has a nice seating for your breakfast or dinner!! For people with children it is a nice complex to stay, the pool is very lovely for young children. It is a quiet surrounding with fantastic gardens and swimmingpool. Also distance to other places like Estepona or Casares,Puerto Banus it only takes a few minutes by car. If you like to go to a place where you want to feel yourself "home", I think that this is the right appartement for you to have your holiday!!

Treat yourself to a break in this luxurious duplex penthouse in an upmarket gated community. Our beautiful apartment is a great place to chill out after a day's golf.

The master bedroom has two external doors, one leading to the smaller rear terrace and the other giving access to an extensive terrace. Both terraces are private to the top floor of this duplex penthouse. On the lower floor there are three double bedrooms, two with twin beds and a larger room with a king sized bed.This bedroom also has its own external door and terrace over looking the citrus grove, lush green hillsides in the distance and beyond to the mountains.
