A three bedroom detached house in a peaceful cul de sac in the beach resort of Manta Rota. Approx 3 min walk to the beach and to the facilities, restaurants, etc. The ground floor has lounge with TV, DVD, and Sky UK (free view) and seating for 6 people. Sliding patio doors lead you to the rear patio and BBQ area. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, and the dining area can take 6 people. There is one large double bedroom downstairs and a bathroom with large shower. The first floor has two double bedrooms. The family bathroom has a bath with shower over the bathtub. All bedrooms can be arranged as twin beds or a super king bed. You can park a car in the driveway. Manta Rota has an award winning beach, lots of good restaurants and cafes; a peaceful resort out of the high season, you can take walks along the wooden board walks or go cycling. The other nearby towns of Monte Gordo, Cabanas and Tavira are also worth visiting.
Golf: Three 18 hole coastal golf courses within 10 min drive of Manta Rota – they are Quinta Da Ria, Quinta da Cima and Benamor.
