Luxury Villa, Vilamoura, sleeps up to 12: The spacious living room has two sets of sliding doors overlooking the terrace, pool and garden. Two steps lead down to the large sitting/TV room with open fire place and ample seating for the whole family. The well proportioned dining room offers a large wooden table. A set of sliding doors gives access tot he barbecue terrace. The modern fully fitted kitchen has a central preparation area/dining area to seat 7 people and is fully equipped with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine (Nespresso) and American-style fridge/freezer including ice-maker and separate drinking fridge. A door gives access to the barbecue terrace. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry room with built-in laundry storage bins, a washing machine and tumble dryer (all Miele equipment). Further in to the hallway is a guest cloakroom.

Cinema Room, Gymnasium, Steam Room: The gymnasium contains a multi-gym, static cycle and stepper. Adjacent to the gymnasium is a Turkish steam room. Please note The agent, nor the owner of Quinta das Oliveiras, or any employees belonging to either party, will not be responsible for the safety and well-being of clients who use the gym equipment or the steam room. The cinema room has a drop-down screen, fridge, sink and two large comfortable seating arrangements and two bean-bags. Please bring your own favourite CD/DVD's as none are supplied.

Beautiful bedrooms & bathrooms - sleeps 12: The first bedroom has twin beds and sliding doors leading to the garden. The en-suite bathroom has a a full bath and separate shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and sliding doors lead to the garden, a full en-suite bathroom and separate shower. The third bedroom also has a double bed, flat screen television and full en-suite bathroom with separate shower and two hand basins. The very spacious master bedroom has two sets of sliding doors leading to the garden, an elegant dressing room and a full en-suite bathroom designed for two (two hand basins, separate shower, double-ended bath). All bathroom floors are electrically heated. The maids room downstairs, which has a separate entrance, can be converted to a fifth bedroom and also has an en-suite bathroom.
