Luxury cottages finished to a very high standard, right in the centre of Croyde. Kitchens include: Range cooker, granite work tops, flat screen TV, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave. Living room includes: flat screen TVs, DVD players, leather sofas, oak flooring, central heating, etc. Very pleasant garden with barbeque and outdoor eating area. Both bath and shower facilities. This lovely one bedroom apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard and has an open plan kitchen/living room with lovely views. The kitchen comes with a cooker/hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher & washer/drier. The comfortable living area has a wall mounted flat screen TV & DVD player. There is a small balcony to sit out on to take in the views of the rolling Devon hills and have a glass of wine. The bedroom has a double bed. Private off road parking for 1 car.

The properties are idyllically situated right in the heart of the picturesque Devon coastal village of Croyde in a small turning off St Mary's Road. Only 5 minutes walk to local amenities such as the shops, pubs, restaurants, surf shops, etc. Approx 10 minutes level walk to the beach.

What a beautiful place to stay! Everything was just as we hoped it would be - plenty of room to sit and relax and all finished to a high spec.

Really thoughtful welcome pack made it easy to relax from the moment we opened the door.

The village was very pretty and there were several pubs and restaurants to visit.

The beach is only a 5-10 minute walk away and there are a number of other excellent beaches within a 15 minute car drive. With other stunning villages nearby, we found Croyde to be the ideal base to explore - and The Granary an excellent place to stay.

The granary was perfect for our stay. The location and accomadation was perfect. We come to devon alot and from now on will be our first choice.

We had the most wonderful stay at the barn, aside from the fact that we got engaged on our trip to croyde, the barn was perfect. New, clean, great location, quiet with everything you need. We really didn't want to leave and are looking forward to our next trip. You won't regret choosing this place! The pictures don't do it justice!

Great Little Place

We stayed in The granary for a short break and had a fantastic time. The apartment has been refurbished to a high standard and it is well laid out and equipped. Only thing to note is that in the livingroom description on the website it says there is a fireplace and there is no fire/fireplace, but there is good central heating. We met the owners on the weekend we were there and they were lovely and friendly. We liked it so much we have booked again for September 2010.
