Large & small pools in private landscaped gardens & secure underground parking. This delightful beach side apartment was completed to a high standard in February 2005. It is extremely spacious with a fully fitted kitchen and is fully furnished with a tasteful modern touch. There is a spacious balcony which provides a perfect location for al fresco dining overlooking Artola 9 hole golf course and views to the sea. Complete with 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms it's ideal for groups of friends, family & golfers. Numerous golf courses are within easy driving distance and Marbella is 10mins drive. Las Dunas De Carib Playa is an enclosed & secure urbanisation consisting of two 4-storey apartment blocks, 2 swimming pools (one for children) and plenty of garden space for sunbathing.

Marbella only 10 minutes drive, Puerto Banus 20 minutes drive, village of Mijas 20 minutes drive. Just a 7 minute stroll to the local beach and 15 minutes walk through the eucalyptus trees and sand dunes of the National Park to the beautiful port of Cabopino with its 170 boat marina plus many bars & restaurants. It is close to many amenities and public transport which means a car is not necessary.
