There is a spacious balcony which provides a perfect location for al fresco dining overlooking Artola 9 hole golf course and views to the sea. Just a 7 minute stroll to the local beach and 15 minutes walk through the eucalyptus trees and sand dunes of the National Park to the beautiful port of Cabopino with its 170 boat marina plus many bars & restaurants. It is close to many amenities and public transport which means a car is not necessary.
