Ideal for a couple with two children or for two couples who love the sea , golf ,and tennis ( El Casco, Los Monteros Hotel tennis Club ).It is very quiet and tastefully decorated.

The terrace has comfortable furniture and offers the possibility to enjoy an outdoor breakfast, lunch or a romantic dinner,

The property also offers a shared swimming-pool and private garage.

I holidayed in this area my whole life, and now I have a family with children, for my is the best place to go during summer.

What makes this apartment unique

The views from the living room what made me fall in love of my apartment, and of course the terrace. I can see the blue Mediterraen from my sofa when I am reading a book, or when I have a meal or cup of wine in the terrace, even when I am cooking at the kitchen I enjoy de views.

There are a few restaurants around the apartment ( Bono's Beach and Capitan Cook) and supermarket ( Super Sol, Mercadona ).

Also, Marbella center is 10 minutes by car ( 7 km ) and Puerto Banus is around 15 minutes by car.

If you prefer there is a local bus service.
