A terrace with scenic pool and a wide well-tended garden. One shared tennis and five-a-side football pitch.

The ground floor (200 mt) consists of a double bedroom with bathroom and a large hall equipped with bar billiards, billiard table and ping-pong table. A bathroom with shower and washing-machine.

The first floor (180 mt) is a wide open space with a scenic glass wall, an elegant sitting room suite, a fireplace and a plasma screen TV.

The hi-tech kitchen is equipped with microwave, 2 electrical ovens, a dishwasher and a fridge with freezer.

A double bedroom with TV and DVD/VHS player; a wellness bathroom with hydro massage shower and hydro massage bath.

Satellite decoder, stereophonic amplification system with digital CD/DVD/MP3 player and wired radio in every room. Internet wi-fi.

Centralized air conditioner and electrical curtains.

Second floor (120 m²)

Two double bedrooms with scenic sight and internal bathroom with shower. Centralized A/C and stereo loudspeakers for the wire radio.

The villa boasts a strategic position to visit the tourist centres of Val di Noto and to enjoy the sea and the fine golden sandy beaches along the coast of Marina di Ragusa. This recently built-up villa offers a wonderful sight over the valley and the stretch of coast going from Marina di Ragusa to Cava d’Aliga.

The villa is the ideal place for those people who want to stay far from the town chaos, immersed into a charming location where the sky, the earth and the sea merge together by creating a fascinating landscape.

We are located on the south-eastern coast of Sicily, in the “baroque” heart of the “Val di Noto”, part of the Unesco World Heritage List, in an ideal position to visit all the most beautiful and tourist sites. From here you can easily reach Ragusa Ibla (25 km), Scicli (12 km), Modica (30 km), Noto (70 km) and all the sites shown in “Commissario Montalbano” (the famous tv series based on the novels by Andrea Camilleri).

It is also possible to go on an excursion to the Mount Etna (135 km), to the “Valle dei Templi” in Agrigento (139 km), and you can also easily reach Siracusa (106 km) and Taormina (182 Km), both famous for their beautifull Greek theatres. The Port of Pozzallo is not far (32 km), and it has many links with Malta by ferries.

    To Secure your booking 30% of the total rental fee is required as a deposit within 7 days.

    How to pay your deposit (30% of the total rental fee):
    The deposit may be paid in the following ways:

  • Paying your Balance
    On arrival and after seeing the property you will be asked to sign the terms and conditions and state that you are fully satisfied with the property. The final balance is due at this stage.

    Cancellation policy
    - In case of cancellation within 30 days for the date of arrival, through e-mail or fax, you'll be refunded 100% of your deposit.
    - In case of late cancellation (less than 30 days before the date of arrival) there will be no refund, unless the apartment you booked has been reserved by another guest. In this case we'll refund 100% of the deposit.
    - In case of no show, without any previous correspondence, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

Our party of eight, stayed at the villa from October 22nd to the 29th. We flew from Stanstead England, to Palermo because we wanted a direct flight to Sicily. The villa is situated near the top of a hill between Ragusa and Marina de Ragusa. The view is stunning. Miles of rolling hills, leading to the sea in the distance. To drink your morning coffee looking at this view would never get tiresome. The villa is modern, extremely well equipped and contained everything we needed for our stay. It is exactly as described in the listing, extremely clean and well maintained. Guisseppe and Roxella were unbeatable as hosts, friendly efficient really added to our holiday. I would recommend this villa to anybody thinking of staying in this region. We visited Marina De Ragusa and can recommend Alberto's restaraunt if you like fish and seafood. We also went to Etna and Ragusa old town. There are countless sightseeing opportunities all over Sicily. The beach at Donnalucata was deserted, we had it all to ourselves. The only thing that could be improved was heating for the pool, we were able to use it, but in October only on the warmest days. This aside, this was one of the best holidays we have ever had.
