This luxurious large 3-bed apartment is set on the 6th floor (top floor) of a new building, with a terrace, garage, and is only a 5 minute walk from the Croisette and the Palais. Ideal for Congresses, It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious modern living area which has all mod-cons including broadband internet, TV and DVD.

The apartment has a spacious living area with 2 large couches with a coffee table next to satellite TV. It also has a fully equipped, American style kitchen and a large dining area with a glass table and 6 chairs.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms complete with fitted wardrobes and each room has one double bed which can all be made into two single beds in each if necessary.

At the front of the apartment there is access to a south facing terrace, with sea views, and overlooking the garden and park below. This area also has one large table with six chairs with a canopy. It also has two loungers next to the table for relaxing.

Modern apartment in central location

We were pleasantly surprised by the modern apartment and facilities. We did struggle initially with the heat as there was limited air conditioning, but we were provided with pedestal fans for each room which served us well,

The apartments are located close to the train station and about a 10minute walk to the main hubub of Cannes - making a great spot to retreat to after a long day lazing on the beach! We spent each evening having sun downers on the balcony, which was just brilliant.

I would definitely recommend this apartment for groups of friends or families wanting a central location in a nice apartment. Thanks for a great stay Margaret!
