Both the Atlantic coastal resorts of Essaouira, Agadir and Oualidia are less than a 3 hour's drive away, where you can enjoy their fabulous sandy beaches and excellent seafood.

Golf: Marrakech has three superb championship golf courses, all situated in the lush outskirts of the city looking towards the Atlas Mountains. All are within a 30 min drive from Dar Arbala making it an ideal venue for a golfing holiday:
The Royal Golf de Marrakech (18 hole - 6200 m - par 72) is the oldest and the most prestigious and scenic course, favoured by Winston Churchill; The Palmeraie Golf Club (18 hole - 6214 m - par 72): a masterpiece created by Robert Trent Jones and the Golf d'Amelkis (18 hole - 6115m - par 72): home of the Moroccan Open, and technically the most challenging course in Marrakech. Several more courses are due to be completed soon.
The new Samanah Golf Course has recently opened and there are several other prestigious courses in the course of being built.
Ski: The nearest ski resort to Dar Arbals is close by at Oukaimeden in the High Atlas Mountains (about an hours drive away), where the snow is generally at its best in January and February. Although not yet up to European standards, the resort is gradually being upgraded and you can hire equipment there, enjoy the fabulous scenery and also a good lunch..
