Discover the beauty and history of Venice and return to your comfortable, centrally positioned apartment to relax in a spacious living room and use the kitchen to enjoy the local specialities bought at the stalls you visited in the famous Rialto market. Enjoy the apartment, tasting a good glass of Italian wine and looking at the wonderful view over the shingled roof tops of Venice and the two Towers of “Saint Silvestro” and “Saint Aponal” churches.

Staying in the apartment “Ca’ Paradiso” is the best way to spend a holiday feeling completely involved in the heart of Venice. Our experience has taught us that the apartment is ideal for those holidaymakers who prefer larger spaces to those offered by hotel rooms.

THE ARRIVAL: You should let us know your arrival and departure dates by e-mail or by phone at least 7 days before, informing us about the exact time you arrive at Marco Polo airport, or at Venice railway station, or at Piazzale Roma by car so that we can organize your meeting with the person who will reach you at San Silvestro stop.

The means of transport: the water taxi or the water bus are not included in staying prices.

The working hours of our “transfer assistant” go from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. The arrivals after 8 p.m. will have an extra charge of 35,00 euros.

If your arrival time changes because of a delay or different reasons please contact us as soon as possible by phoning: +39 348 2403234 +39 338 3723003. The apartment is free from 3.30 p.m. of the arrival day and must be cleared by 1 p.m. of the last day of your stay.

You will be informed about the use of the apartment and its contents. You will be given a list of objects which must be treated with care.

Notes: The Ca' Paradiso is functional and well finely furnished apartment for a maximum four person. Placed on the third and fourth floor, it has been recently restored with trussed ceilings and floors made in Venetian style. Both floors are air conditioned in Summer and well-heated in Winter. THIRD FLOOR: The third floor is composed of: a large and bright living room where you can find a comfortable sofà, a television and a bookcase. a spacious and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave a washing-machine a bathroom with a Shower bath. FOURTH FLOOR: From a wooden staircase in the living-room you can go to the fourth floor which is composed of: a matrimonial bedroom with a large wardrobe and a chest of drawers. a cosy matrimonial-bedroom with a small bookcase. From this floor you can admire the wonderful view over the shingled roofs tops of Venice and the two towers of Saint Silvestro and Saint Aponal.

My daughter and I and two of her girlfriends stayed for five nights at Enrico's beautiful apartment. It is in a quiet part of Venice with water bus access really handy. We loved the well equipped kitchen and library that is offered. We were on an architecture trip and this was the last part of our journey as a group. Venice is great to visit, the markets are great, the water travel is great if you arent in the peak season and it is reasonable walking distance to where ever you wish to go. We got a $50 waterbus ticket on arrival but the walking is all flat so get a map sometimes it is quicker to walk if the buses are full.
The house was very clean and has a lounge,dining, large well equipped kitchen, two double beds - two bedrooms, steep stairs so if you have a disability not advisable but if you are fit and healthy great. We entertained guests with ease so had a couple of dinner parties there.

We had a plane to catch at 7am so caught the 4.35am waterbus from Rialto but found the bus stopped at Rialto Mercato then caught the airport bus from Roma and arrived in plenty of time to catch our plane to Napoli.

Thanks would definitely stay in this apartment again.

It is practically on Rialto Bridge but far enough away to not have any noise.

Loved our stay there.

Qiet aparment near Rialto bridge

We liked this apartment very much, because it was so central and quiet. We were there in april, when outside it was cold, but the heating systems worked very well. The spacious kitchen is wonderful, and the market where you can get fresh vegetable and fish very nearby. The only thing we didnt like was a strange smell in the staircase (outside the appartment) and in the bathroom, but not in the other rooms. We would go there again!

Cet appartement et idéalement situé, à deux pas du rialto dans un quartiertrès sympatique. Il est très bien tenu, très propre.
Comem beaucoup d'appartement vénitien, la vue n'est pas très dégagée, mais c'set là le seul petit point négatif.
Les propriétaires vous accueilleront avec beaucoup de gentillesse, toujours pret à vous aider et vous conseiller.
Une très bonne adresse pour une magnifique semaine à Venise.
