2 bedroom, 1 bathroom rental in Cannes, near to Le Suquet

This modern, air conditioned apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom (with separate WC). It is situated in the old town of Cannes. It is just a short walk away from the beaches and Palais, making this a great base for your stay.

The living area of this sleek apartment is open plan. There is a large sofa that folds out easily to become a sofa bed. Two glass-topped dining tables provide space for six people to sit comfortably. The area has a contemporary feel and is very light making it a very pleasant space to spend time in.

The kitchen is modern and equipped with all the appliances necessary for you to be able to prepare meals for yourself and others. The design is simple but appealing with clean lines and colour choices. Both a dishwasher and washing machine can be found in the kitchen along with a large fridge/freezer and four ring hob.

The two bedrooms both comprise two single beds which can be easily pushed together to create doubles if you prefer! Large windows and light decor give the rooms a very airy feel.

A good sized shower can be found in the bathroom along with a heated towel rail. The toilet can be found separately a few steps away.

There is WiFi internet provided and the whole apartment is air conditioned.

Positioned above the famous Forville Market, this apartment can be found down a cobbled street in the heart of the old town of Cannes. The building retains some of the charm of the area and as such does not have a lift. All the facilities of the town - from bars and restaurants to supermarkets - are in easy reach of this property. Its location close to both the bus and train stations also makes it a great place to stay whilst exploring the region.
