This comfortable flat has a double bed, as well as a three quarter pull-out sofa bed. It has a bathroom, and fully equipped kitchen, with stove, fridge, microwave oven and washing machine.

It is directly next door to the Victor Hugo Monet studio and there is also the Victor Hugo Top Floor two bedroom apartment on the top floor of the same building, making it perfect for business or holiday groups who would like to be close but to retain a little privacy.

14 min walk to Palais des Festivals

This is a large, light studio apartment on the first floor with a generous balcony. It is well situated directly behind the Hotel Martinez, and is a block from the famous Croisette and beaches of Cannes.

The apartment is only a 2 min walk to the Rue D' Antibes, Cannes' main shopping street, and about a 15 min walk to the Palais des Festivals, the Old Port and the delightful Old City, (known as Le Suquet) with its restaurants and night-life.
