Brand New, this apartment in Cascais has a bedroom with double bed 1.60 m, 1bathroom and a living room with sofa bed for 2. Large kitchen fully equiped. Near Cascais market, can benefit from the proximity to buy fresh products. Just 5 minutes walk from the train station and local shops, beaches, restaurants, pubs, museums and many other attractions. By train you can reach the Estoril (approx. 4 min by train) or Lisbon (approx. 30 min by train). The Estoril Golf Club and the Autodromo do Estoril are also in the area. There are also other golf courses nearby - Penha Longa and Qta Beloura. Sintra and all its attractions are also accessible by public transport. Several beaches are within walking distance from Cascais. In fact, you can have the best of several worlds. Proximity to beach, bars and excellent restaurants, cultural attractions and tourist facilities in Cascais, Estoril and proximity to the capital Lisbon with its familiar atmosphere.

The Market and Cascais Villa shopping centre with a supermarket only 5 min walking. Through the train station you can get to Estoril (approx. 4 min by train) or to Lisbon centre (approx. 30 min by train). Estoril Golf Club and Autodromo do Estoril are also in the area. Wonderfull place for holidays

Very new apartment perfect place to stay near the market and the beach, the apartment offers several possibilities to make our stay easier everething is nearby.
While staying in Cascais we also visit Lisbon and Sintra both by public transport.
Sometimes it realy does fell at home the apartment is so quiet and confort I recomend this place and also this house for holidays.

pleasant stay

Great holidays!
The apparment is really big and comfortable, everything was clean with a very nice arrangement. The service was really pleasant. Once a week you get new towles and linen and there's a washing-machine if you want to fresh up your clothes in between. The flat is central, but you can sleep with open windows in the night, there's no noise that could disturb you in the evening or night.
Just cross the market place (every wednesday and staurday market) and there's a bakery and a little supermarket.
It's just a few minutes to walk to the train station, there are several trains to Lisbon every hour.
There's a wonderful beach you can reach by bus (15 minutes), it's praia guincho. There's even a connection by bus to Sintra, but we rent a car for this trip (there's a car rental agency near the appartment). You don't really need a car for this place, for some trips you can rent one.

I wish you a nice stay!

Had a wonderful time in Cascais staying at the apartment. The apartment was spacious, clean and well furnished. It had everything you'd need for a holiday. It's in a great location, (10 mins walk to the centre) where there are lots of restaurants/shops.

We were very impressed with the agents who answered all our questions in advance, and were very patient when our flight was delayed!

I would definiately recommend this apartment and would stay again if we visited Cascais.

we found the flat ultra modern, with excellent facilities.
it was clean and well maintained, the owner provided a welcome pack.
and couldnt have been more helpful, allthough a coffee machine was provided. no kettle was available for us tea drinkers, also, surprisingly no corkscrew ?
1 euro at shop, we can overlook that.
there was plenty of pleasant surprises in the flat.
discovering items almost daily, that was to make our stay even more pleasant
we would not hesitate to reccommend this flat to all our friends
the directions to the location was accurate, but the residential complex was larger than expected, perhaps a small sign or colour coded arrow or marker could be an idea, we found the lift settings a little confusing initially,
more street lighting around the area would also have been an advantage.
the flat location in the town was good, (within 10/15 minutes to everything)
cascias as a resort was 1st class, everyone was friendly no real complaints.
