Capistrano Playa is an architectural gem that lies on a hillside overlooking the sea. Its location is so unique - the Mediterranean sea on the one side - and the Sierra Nevada mountains on the other side. Nerja is about 45 min drive east of Malaga.
Although Capistrano Playa was built in the 1980s, it looks just like a old style Spanish village, each terrace has its own look and style, no 2 flats look alike. It is very peaceful, beautifully designed with illuminated gardens, walkways, its own ornamental lake and waterfall. Buriana beach is just a few steps away, and there is also a communal swimming pool.
Buriana Beach, the largest in Nerja, is packed with restaurants, bars shops and sea sports centres. It has everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday.
Nerja’s city centre is just 10-15 min walk, charming Spanish old town, with narrow streets full of restaurants, bars and all local amenities. The famous Caves of Nerja are only a few minutes away.
