This lovely 2 bedroom property is on the first floor (one flight of stairs) of what was originally a stable block. It is located in the New Town and is just a 5 minute walk from George Street and Princes Street. The accommodation comprises 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom and an open plan living room and kitchen. The living room has a wall-mounted flat screen TV with multiple channels, DVD player and a gas fire. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster and washing machine.

Wireless internet access is provided and parking may be made available in one of our garages in the area. Please contact me for details.
