A stunning villa with tropical garden located at Grand Hill about 3 km from the city centre.

4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, terrace, swimming pool, pool table, treadmill, 5 double beds, 1 sleeping couch and 2 mattresses.
Total 12-14 people.

Spacious bedrooms, all ensuite bathroom, a huge living and dining room with a billiard table. Fully equipped European kitchen.

Big furnished covered terrace, 9 x 3, 5m swimming pool and tropical garden for romantic outdoor evenings with new outdoor BBQ area

For those who want to to do some exercise on their holiday, there is a treadmill upstairs. Downstairs there is a pool table.

The house just been refurbish finish in December 2023 with new windows and folding doors at ground floor. New outdoor roof covered kitchen/bar/BBQ area with top quality gas BBQ and 2 burners for cooking. Pool has new tiles, outdoor garden is new and seating area has new tiles and glass walls.

Nice villa, but could be better

The villa itself is really lovely, with 3 lovely big bedrooms and one smaller one. The pool table was a big hit with everyone! A few minor improvements would have made a huge difference to our stay. There was nowhere to store clothes in the bedrooms, which meant living out of suitcases. Bedside cabinets were absent too. The ground floor bedroom had far too many personal photographs on display, including a huge wall mounted wedding photo. This freaked the kids out a bit, so we had to take them all down for the duration of our stay! There were 8 of us and unfortunately there wasn't enough space for us all to sit together in the living room. Overall though we did have a lovely holiday there.

Spacious clean and perfect location

We stayed here over Christmas and New year as a family group of 9 with ages ranging from 12 to 80. The house is situated on Grand Hill about a 25 minute walk from the main beach or a 10 min tuk tuk ride. There are shops within a 5 min walk. And a restaurant either side of the house location. We liked the house location away from the main tourist centre and transport is easy to arrange but you will need a phone. The house had all the facilities that we needed for our stay. We only used the kitchen for breakfast as it is easier cheaper and nicer to eat out. The bedrooms were large and the air conditioning worked well. The pool was a good size with plenty of chairs and sunbeds and the pool was cleaned regularly. It was a great house for a family get together .

Good for family

The hosts were very responsive, nice, and gracious. The house, with a view of a hill, sits on a street. Noise level is tolerable during the day and quiet at night. Plenty of clean towels with comfortable bedding in every rooms. Master bedroom's air cond wasn't working properly. It was fixed the next day but still not cold enough even when the temp was set at 21°. We used the pool and the terrace everyday. There are 2 grills with a few bags of charcoal provided. Highly recommend buying seafood from a nearby market to grill at home, it was far more superior than at some resto! Monkeys were a bit of a nuisance but they hung out briefly as long as guests don't interact with them. Kids liked the monkeys, though. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Thank you Ronny and K Fon ka!
