Excellent property in a great location, villa very comfortable with everything you need including toilet rolls, tea bags, washing powder the little things you don't use a lot of that would cost you a small fortune to buy we're all provided. BRIGHT, AIRY CLEAN APARTMENT WITH ALL YOU NEED

We had a fantastic time in La Dama de Noche. The apartment has all the amenities needed for a short or long stay. It was very quiet when we were there with only one of the pools open but we were made aware of this and it wasn't a problem. The Marina is about 2 km away. We had a car but it is a very easy walk. If parking do use on street at the Marina as the car parks are very expensive.

The 2 pools of the development are very large and one pool is thought enough for the number of guests with the second one opening at the end of May. It is actually exactly 700 metres from the roundabout near the entrance to the development to the roundabout actually in Puerto Banus where you can either go right into the marina, shops, bars and clubs or straight on and then onto the sandy beach.

FANTASTIC APARTMENT IN BEAUTIFUL GARDENS

The apartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The large terrace was comfortably furnished and overlooked fabulous gardens, and the accommodation was clean and spacious. The location was also ideal - only 15 minutes walk into Puerto Banus where there are loads of shops and restaurants, but set in a quiet, gated development where we felt very safe, and with an excellent supermarket (Mercadona) just five minutes drive away.

We visited several other resorts in the area and would definitely recommend Marbella as it isn't so high-rise. We also had excellent days out to Gibraltar and Ronda, which was absolutely beautiful. Beaches near Marbella that we would recommend are Cabopino and Las Chapas to the east, and the bays just to the west of Puerto Banus. All in all, a great holiday with fabulous weather!

WONDERFUL HOLIDAYS IN PUERTO BANÚS (MARBELLA)

After having spent three weeks at this wonderful residence we can now confirm all the superb features of this offering:
- superb residence: beautiful garden, clean pool, friendly ambience and English speaking representatives who help you even with your Internet connectivity;
- superb apartment: with all you need during your stay - it's really nice and in good shape;
- super terrace: it's really big, like a large room, overlooking the whole garden and pool from the 3rd level; you may even spend the entire day there without going out anywhere;
- super beach & port: it is just a 15 minutes foot walk to the middle of the mediterranean life of Puerto Banús, including the beach;
- superb shops around and car parking is never an issue;
- all the other places to see, like Gibraltar, Ronda or Sevilla, are also not far away - we had one-day-trips to all those places.

Overall, we highly recommend this apartment for anyone - you will have a wonderful time in southern Spain.

LA DAMA DE NOCHE - 3RD FLOOR APT. (PROP 838174)

My wife and I stayed at this apartment for one week in mid-September 2012.

The apartment is ideally situated on a fairly large but spacious complex about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the centre of Puerto Banus. The good sized balcony overlooks one of the large pools and the very well kept gardens and grassed area. It is not overlooked by other apartments. During our stay, the pool was never overcrowded and, as many of the apartments are occupied by permanent residents, it is quite quiet during the week. There is a dedicated car space in the garage under the apartment block and there are several parking slots on the road adjacent to the block. The whole complex is within a security fence with access for cars and pedestrians via a manned barrier.

The actual apartment is as described in the write-up and shown in the photographs. As a relatively new building, it is in immaculate condition and is well furnished and equipped. The lounge/dining room area is a reasonable size as are the bedrooms. The two bathrooms are light and airy and the showers are very efficient, as are the toilets. The A/C was effective, a boon with midnight temperatures of 22/23 degC. During our stay, the only negative was that the excellent TVs only showed a small number of English programs, but who goes on holiday to watch TV.

From our first contact with Martin, the whole rental process was handled very efficently through to a warm and helpful welcome at the apartment by Nicki, the property manager.

We would certainly recomend this apartment.

Either take a taxi from outside Arrivals, hire a self-drive car or we can arrange a chauffeur service to whisk you to the apartment. There is also a bus service.
