Lovely cottage with private large garden located 7 km east from Marbella and approx. 1.2 km away from one of the best beaches along Marbella.

The cottage is located within a fenced property, in a tranquil and lovely setting with supermarkets and shops nearby.

The property has two double bedrooms with large windows, two bathrooms with shower enclosures, lounge with sofa bed, kitchen-dining room and a lovely and large private garden to enjoy the sun, a barbecue or a good book or nap beneath the big olive tree.

There is a wardrobe in each one of the bedrooms and there is room for a cot in the main bedroom.

The cottage sleeps 6 adults.

The property is located 10 minutes from the beautiful and quaint town of Marbella and 15 minutes away from the famous Puerto Banus marina with its elegant boutiques and restaurants. The property is close to numerous golf courses and the Puerto Cabopino marina is minutes away. Shops and supermarkets are at walking distance from the property.

Peaceful haven between the sea and mountains

Lovely, modern fully equipped studio with very peaceful private garden at the foot of the mountains. The owner and family live very nearby and welcoming,helpfcoukld not have been more welcoming, helpful or friendly. It was a great surprise to find somewhere so tranquil on the costa del sol, still only a short walk from the beach (10-15 minutes). Two supermarkets within 5-10 minutes walk (1 minute drive) without having to deal with the busy A7 road. The west facing garden and terrace are perfect for watching the sun set over the mountains in the evening. Would definitley recommend and will stay here next time I am in the area.

Idéal pour une famille avec 1 ou 2 enfants jeunes.
La propriété est entièrement cloturée (portail automatique), le jardin est superbe avec ses oliviers, son barbecue.
L'endroit est très calme avec la plage et le supermarché à 5 minutes.
L'un des meilleurs restaurant de plage de la côte pour la paëlla ou le poisson est à proximité.
Les propriétaires Carlos et Fernando sont tout simplement adorables.
Nous y reviendrons bientôt avec beaucoup de plaisir.

wonderful holidays in a quiet garden

Modern and quiet apartment with good water. They have their own well.
Fully equipped. The loft is in walking distance to too supermarkets ,to the beach and to the bus.
Sunny large terrace and garden with a marvelous sight.
A good place for a queit holiday.

We had a lovely holiday in this cottage - the cottage was clean and well looked after, although I would say it is more suitable for 4 people rather than 6. The garden is very private and you can have your peace and tranquility. I particularly loved the big Olive tree that covers a part of the garden - you always have shade ( even in the middle of the day) while you eat your meals or relax. The owners of this cottage are especially wonderful, they are so helpful and friendly and at the same time respect your privacy. If you are looking for a place to relax and to get away from it all then I would recommend this cottage.
