This beautiful apartment is furnished to a high standard. It is located in the elegant del Duque area of Costa Adeje, near Torviscas, South Tenerife, which is known for its upmarket restaurants and shops. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, can sleep 6. Each of the 3 bedrooms has fitted wardrobes and a ceiling fan, and each can sleep 2. The terrace is very pleasant, with sun all afternoon, and marvelous sea views. The lounge is tastefully furnished with a leather sofa, TV, with satellite dish (English channels), DVD, dining area. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, boiler, coffee machine, scale, etc. Washing machine and ironing facilities. Each bathroom has a bath with shower and bidet. This is a wonderful apartment for a pleasant, relaxing and high quality vacation in the Del Duque area of Tenerife. The pool is heated all year round, with free access to sunbeds and umbrellas. Covered garage space available.
SURROUNDINGS: Playa del Duque is a stylish and cosmopolitan resort situated south of Tenerife. The beach of Playa del Duque is less than 10 minutes walk from the complex and on the way you will pass numerous shopping centers and restaurants (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese). The nearby Fanabe centre is closed to traffic and its pedestrianised walks are alive with open air restaurants and bars. To the west is the small fishing village of La Caleta, which has a handful of bars and some excellent fish restaurants, which creates a traditional and peaceful atmosphere. To the east is the resort of Playa de las Americas with its many bars, restaurants, 'English' pubs and nightlife. This can be reached in a few minutes by car but a better way to approach it is to take a stroll along the lovely Geranium walk, a flower bedecked promanade stretches all the way to the port of Los Cristianos. There are 5 golf courses within 30 minutes drive the nearest being the 18 hole course at Golf Costa Adeje.
Arrivals / Departures: The apartment is available from 02PM onwards.
Departures should not take place after 10AM in order to unable to clean the apartment. However, if there is no arrival until later in the day or the following day, departure can take place at any time on request.
A beatiful spacious apartment in a great location. There is a fully equiped kitchen and all the rooms open onto a large terrace which was perfect for dining outdoors. It was even nicer than the photos. The pool was great and there were plenty of sunbeds.
The apartment was clean and well maintained and finished to a high standard. The apartment also has wireless internet connection which we put to good use.
Nathalie was very helpful when we got to the apartment and both Nathalie & Daniel provided excellent customer service.
We would recommend this apartment to both family and friends.
Within 5/10 minutes of the apartment there are plenty of restaurants, shops and a great beach.
We had a great holiday and are planning to book the apartment again soon.
From the very start the communication was great and on arrival Natty was there to welcome us with a smile. She had stocked the fridge with the basics to get going and to make a tea after the flight. Apartment has everything you need including towels for the beach. Local market (Thur & Sat) on the door step, 24 hour mini market and 2 larger super markets close along with nearest restaurants and bars. The area is lovely along with the complex which is relaxing and quiet and so well kept. We normally stay in hotels but we all enjoyed this holiday so much, hotels are so out now. Would be more than happy to book again or recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break with great accommodation and pool area. Natty, thank you so much :-)

We stayed at the apartment for 7 nights from 13th June 2014.
After a short taxi ride from the airport (15 mins), we were greeted by the very friendly Nat who showed us around and made us feel at home straight away!
The apartment is in a very secure and modern complex, the other apartments were residential and we barely heard any noise from any of them.
The pictures do not do the apartment justice - it is very modern and spotlessly clean. There is a flat screen TV in the sitting room (was great for watching the World Cup on!) and a comfy L-shaped sofa. The balcony is private and got the sun in the afternoon.
There are two very modern bathrooms and we were delighted to find the showers were hot and very powerful - sometimes hard to find when travelling abroad!
The Del Duque area again is very modern, and mostly made up of luxury housing and apartments. The lovely beach is a 10 min walk away (downhill), and there are a few restaurants/bars on the beach front but we found these to be quiet and expensive - for eating and drinking Fanabe is only a 15 minute walk from the apartment (or a two minute taxi ride) and has plenty of bars and restaurants which were considerably cheaper and really good quality. Most of these look over Fanabe beach and have great views of the sunset!
The area is quite hilly (we are a couple in our late 20's so this was not an issue), so may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties. However taxis were easily available and cheap (a taxi from the apartment to Fanabe for example was about 3 Euros).
We had a brilliant time in Tenerife and would not hesitate to return to the apartment!

We are a family of four, stayed for 11 Days in February 2014. The apartment is very nice. Clean and very good maintained. Kitchen is very good equipt with all the basics one might need.
The only thing that could need an update is bedlinen and mattresses.
Balcony has sun from around late afternoon.
The whole complex is beatiful, and incredibly Clean and quiet.
We were greeted by Brian, a really nice and friendly guy who showed us around the complex.
By the way, restautants at Adeje by the sea are nice, but a bit expensive. We Went to Fanabe, 15 min stroll, where there are a lot of restaurants. Do not eat at the restaurants at sea line (such as Brasserie, Atlantico and similar) the food are lousy. Take a Sangria there, and then you eat at the roads up from the beach (such as Cordon Rojo, Cour de filet, Capri) We found that all places without a "inthrower" where good. Price for four persons with wine abt. euro 60-90.

We had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful apartment. The booking process was easy and Nathalie was great throughout. The apartment is spacious, clean and in a really good position, close to shops and restaurants and a short walk to the fabulous El Duque beach. We were 5 adults and found there was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. The availablity of British TV allowed us to keep up with the Olympics. The pool is lovely and the whole residence is amazingly well-kept and quiet. It was great to find all the basics such as towels, beach towels, dishwasher tablets and there were drinks in the fridge on arrival, which were very welcome! Thanks to Nathalie we were able to spend our last day on the beach before returning the towels and setting off for our late evening flight. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. It's also great value and nice to see that the price is the same all year round.
El Duque boasts a variety of shops, bars and restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. El duque and Fanabe beach are ideal for relaxing in the sun or you can take advantage of the many water sports on offer, from paragliding to water-skiing. Puerto Colon Marina is only a short walk away where you can enjoy many of the boat trips on offer including a trip to the nearby island of La Gomera (a walker's paradise) or venture out to watch the pilot whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. The championship Adeje Golf course is nearby for those who enjoy a round or two. Siam Water Park is now open. It is the largest water park in the whole of Europe.
