Two Gorgeous and independent 2 Bedroom Apartments (DESIGN 2 BED PENTHOUSE and CHARMING APT) situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: Talamanca Beach, supermarkets, shops, great restaurants and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise! And it's only 15 minutes walking (or 2 minutes by taxi or ferry ) to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila. The taxi stand is next block. The DESIGN 2 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE besides the private terrace with partial but amazing views on the sea, Ibiza old town and marina (where it's possible to enjoy your meals and relax), has also access to a private solarium furnished with design funiture by VONDOM. The penthouse and the apartment are fully equipped and have: Air conditioning, Free Internet WI-FI, I Pod player, Safe, LCD TV, stereo Hi-Fi, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 shared swimming pools. Lift in the building. ALL THE PICTURES until the 19th, belong to the DESIGN 2 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE. In the same building we have the "CHARMING 2 BEDROOM APARTMENT". For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of the 25% of the total cost of the rental is required in advance (at the moment of the booking).The balance of the rental will be paid on arrival.

Rental period can start and finish any day of the week. Minimum stay: 3 nights; however from May to the beginning of October a longer stay may be required (4 or 5 nights) if a week-end is included in the stay. Please do not hesitate to contact us for a quote.

Check-in: any day from 14.30/15 onwards, but a different time (before 14.30/15) can be agreed, according to the avaialbility.

The DESIGN 2 BEDROM PENTHOUSE is composed of 2 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite), 2 bathrooms (one with hydro massage bathtub and the other with shower) a large living/dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofabed for 2 people. The DESIGN 2 BEDROOM PENTHOUSE besides the private terrace with (partial) stunning views of the Sea, Old Town and Marina (where it's possible to enjoy your meals and relax), has also access to a private solarium furnished with design funiture by VONDOM. Air conditioning, plasma TV, stereo Hi-Fi, Wifi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. 4 people can sleep in the 2 bedrooms (on request, beds can be twins, instead of double in one of the bedrooms) and there is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 people in the living room.

Beautiful Penthouse and great value. Nice views from the terreace and solarium; the property was very clean and well maintained; they also upgrade the furniture and now it looks nicer than on the pictures on the web. Great customer service from the managers,

I will suggest, Sushi point for the best sushi and Bfor, Trattoria del Mar and Cipriani for the best italian food, all restaurants at walkable distance.

Excellent Penthouse in the best location of Ibiza

Best location, short walk into the old town and also easy to get a taxi.

The apartment itself has priceless views of Dalt Vila (Ibiza old Town) and the marina and Talamanca Beach. It was very clean, well eqipeed, comfortably spacious and beds were very comfy.

Vincenzo Alessandro and the team were always there to help us with anything we asked for.

We spent a lot of time by the pools or at very close and beautiful beach of Talamanca. We also enjoyed relaxing on the stylish sun loungers on the roof terrace (private solarium)

We would stay here again and would recommend it to my best friends..

Superb apartment in a great location

Superb apartment in a great location, 3 minutes from Talamanca Beach, 5 minutes from the Marina with some great restaurants, 5 minutes walk from Pacha, 15/20 mins stroll to Ibiza town. 2 supermarkets and taxies around the corner. We hired a car but only used it a couple of times as everything is on your doorstep. The apartment, with a nice old town view from the terrace, was well decorated, clean and roomy.

Beautiful apartment in the best area of Ibiza!

We stayed at this apartment after time in both Madrid and Barcelona. It was a fabulous heaven and we loved every day we were there (5 days). The staff were very friendly; the accommodation was great - roomy, clean, had everything you needed and they even had a bottle of spanish champagne (cava) for our arrival. The flat is very well equipped with new furnitures and is very cosy. Beds were comfortable and wifi worked very well. It is only a short walk to Pacha, restaurants, for groceries or to admire the water and enjoy the beach. Just up the road was a fabulous restaurant where we would have dinner.

We would go back in a second!

The accommodation is situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: supermarkets, luxury shops, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria del Mar, Harbour Club, B-For) and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise!

The lovely sandy Talamanca Beach, with bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes walking from the accommodation.

Also the faboulous new 'Marina' Area with the most beautiful yachts is at only 200 meters far from the apartment with upmarket shops and some other great restaurants and cafès. And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car. The name of the building is “ Bahia de Ibiza” on Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles 1). The exact address is “Passeig Joan Carles I, 1013, 07800 Ibiza, Illes Balears, Spain”

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the accommodation is at only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.
