The fully equipped and self-catering PENTHOUSE is situated in the VIP area of Ibiza town: the prestigious Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, at only 5 minutes walking from the Pacha, the Casino,Talamanca beach and fashionable restaurants; the famous and characterist old town in the centre of Ibiza (by the harbour) is also easily reacheable in 15 minutes by foot and less than 5 minutes by taxi or ferry.

The apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite), 2 bathrooms (one with hydro massage bathtub and the other with shower) a large living/dining room with open and fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable sofabed for 2 people. At disposal of the apartment a private terrace fully equipped with table and chairs where it's possible to enjoy your meals 'al fresco' and relax, and a solarium on the upper terrace with sun loungers. Both of them have partial view on the sea and the old town.

Free Internet Wi-Fi, air conditioning, plasma TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular Coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. Talamanca Beach is at less than 5 minutes by foot.

4 people can sleep in the 2 bedrooms (on request, beds can be twins, instead of double in one of the bedrooms) and there is a comfortable sofa bed for the 5th and 6th person in the living room.

Rates are intended per apartment per night, up to 6 people, and include taxes.

Rental period can start and finish any day of the week.

Minimum stay: 3 nights; however from May to the beginning of October a longer stay may be required (4 or 5 nights) if a week-end is included in the stay.

Final cleaning: Euro 70.

For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of one third (1/3) of the total cost of the rental is required in advance (at the moment of the booking).

The balance of the rental and the final cleaning fee will be paid on arrival

Check-out: by 11.00 AM.

A different time can be agreed, according to the availability.

The apartment can sleep 4 people in the bedrooms and 2 more on the comfortable sofa bed.

Beautiful Penthouse and great value

Beautiful Penthouse and great value. Nice views from the terreace and solarium; the property was very clean and well maintained; they also upgrade the furniture and now it looks nicer than on the pictures on the web. Great customer service from the managers,
I will suggest, Sushi point for the best sushi and Bfor, Trattoria del Mar and Cipriani for the best italian food, all restaurants at walkable distance.

Excellent Penthouse in the best location of Ibiza

Best location, short walk into the old town and also easy to get a taxi.
The apartment itself has priceless views of Dalt Vila (Ibiza old Town) and the marina and Talamanca Beach. It was very clean, well eqipeed, comfortably spacious and beds were very comfy.
Vincenzo Alessandro and the team were always there to help us with anything we asked for.
We spent a lot of time by the pools or at very close and beautiful beach of Talamanca. We also enjoyed relaxing on the stylish sun loungers on the roof terrace (private solarium)
We would stay here again and would recommend it to my best friends..

Superb apartment in a great location

Superb apartment in a great location, 3 minutes from Talamanca Beach, 5 minutes from the Marina with some great restaurants, 5 minutes walk from Pacha, 15/20 mins stroll to Ibiza town. 2 supermarkets and taxies around the corner. We hired a car but only used it a couple of times as everything is on your doorstep. The apartment, with a nice old town view from the terrace, was well decorated, clean and roomy.

Beautiful apartment in the best area of Ibiza!

We stayed at this apartment after time in both Madrid and Barcelona. It was a fabulous heaven and we loved every day we were there (5 days). The staff were very friendly; the accommodation was great - roomy, clean, had everything you needed and they even had a bottle of spanish champagne (cava) for our arrival. The flat is very well equipped with new furnitures and is very cosy. Beds were comfortable and wifi worked very well. It is only a short walk to Pacha, restaurants, for groceries or to admire the water and enjoy the beach. Just up the road was a fabulous restaurant where we would have dinner.
We would go back in a second!

The Apartment is situated in the VIP area of Ibiza town: the prestigious Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo. Pacha Club, Ibiza Grand Hotel and Casino, Talamanca Beach, luxury shops, grocery stores and restaurants are in this area and all at walkable distance from the apartment. Also the taxi stand is at only one block far from the apartment,.And it's less than 15 minute stroll (or less than 5 minutes by ferry or taxi) into the heart of historic Ibiza Town and Dalt Vila. Probably we could define this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas and Es Cavallet are at only 10 minutes far by car. The name of the building is 'Bahia de Ibiza' and it has 2 entrances: one on Paseo Juan Carlos 1 (Paseo Maritimo) and the main one is on Avenida 8 de Agosto 38, Ibiza
