The CHARMING 2 BEDROOM apartment is situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: supermarkets, luxury shops, Talamanca Beach, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point) and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise! And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. The apartment is composed of: 2 double bedrooms (one of them en-suite), 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and the other with shower) , large living room with double sofa-bed, dining area and fully equipped kitchen, a private terrace with partial but amazing view on the marina, harbour, Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila, equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.Free Internet Wi-Fi, Air Conditioning, Flat TV, stereo Hi-Fi, I Pod player, safe, washing-machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, Nespresso and regular coffee machine, microwave, toaster, blender, kettle, hair dryer and 2 communal swimming pools. The apartment can sleep 4 people in the 2 bedrooms (on request, beds can be twins, instead of double if requested in one of the bedrooms) and 2 more on the sofa bed in the living room.

For the definitive confirmation of the reservation, the payment of 25% of the total cost of the rental is required in advance (at the moment of the booking).The balance of the rental will be paid on arrival.

Rental period can start and finish any day of the week.

Minimum stay: 3 nights; however from May to the beginning of October a longer stay may be required (4 or 5 nights)if a week-end is included in the stay.

Best spot on Ibiza!

Lovely apartment in beautiful area, very close to port, Talamanca Beach (take the wooden bridge!) and Dalt Vila. The charming apartment was spacious, very clean and full equipped. Everything you may need is available: blender, oven, nespresso, wine fridge, freezer, dish washing detergent, washing machine, dryer, thick towels, linens etc etc). Very nice service from the managers: Checking in and checking out was super organized, questions during our stay were answered quickly and very friendly by the managers. We really would recommend this apartment to our friends and family. We most certainly will come back here!

Stayed in this house with a few friends when we were in Ibiza. One of the best places I've ever stayed in, the house was modern, luxurious and comfortable. What I loved most was the amazing views from the house and its proximity to Talamanca Beach, which was just a few minutes walk away. We wanted relaxation and comfort for this vacation and those were exactly what we got when we rented this house!

We had a fantastic time staying in this gorgeous apartment which is situated right in one of the best areas in Ibiza. With modern furnishings, the apartment was clean and looked well-kept. We enjoyed lounging in the terrace with its amazing view. Also, it was just a few minutes walk from Talamanca Beach and the fabulous restaurants in the area. Stay here when you want to experience Ibiza at its best. "

The apartment is situated in the best location of Ibiza Town: the exclusive Marina Botafoch and Paseo Maritimo, a fantastic and safe area, with all the amenities close by, but at the same time it's also a quiet area: supermarkets, luxury shops, great restaurants (such as Cipriani, Cavalli, Sushi Point, Trattoria del Mar, Harbour Club, B-For) and cafès, Ibiza Gran Hotel Spa and Casino, Pacha night club, Boom and Lio are all at walkable distance although no noise!

The lovely sandy Talamanca Beach, with bars and restaurants is only 5 minutes walking from the apartment.

Also the faboulous new 'Marina' Area with the most beautiful yachts is at only 200 meters far from the apartment with upmarket shops and some other great restaurants and cafès. And it's only 15 minutes walking to Ibiza Old Town and Dalt Vila (or 2 minutes by taxi, ferry or car). The taxi stand is next block. Everybody defines this area as Ibiza's Golden Mile. Undoubtedly there is not a better choice to enjoy a luxurious holidays in Ibiza. The other famous beaches: Playa d'En Bossa, Salinas (Sa Trinxa) and Es Cavallet are at only 10 or 15 minutes far by car. The name of the building is “ Bahia de Ibiza” on Paseo Maritimo (Passeig Joan Carles 1). The exact address is “Passeig Joan Carles I, 1013, 07800 Ibiza, Illes Balears, Spain”

Whilst car hire is great to see the island, the apartment is only a 10-15 min taxi ride from the airport and as everything is close by, no car hire is necessary.
