Two bedroom apartment with full length south-facing balcony having access from the main bedroom and the sitting room. In the epicentre of Cannes in the chic and vibrant Carre d'Or district, this light & airy apartment with lovely high ceilings is ideal for business or leisure trips being only 325 metres from the Palais des Festivals, and also only 50 metres from the sea front and the designer shops of La Croisette and Rue d'Antibes. Surrounded by lively bars and restaurants everything is within very easy walking distance but parking is available nearby for a charge if required. From the large, square reception hall elegant glazed double doors lead through to the sitting room which has 2 large, comfortable leather sofas (one is a double sofa-bed), entertainment centre with LED TV, IPod compatible sound system & DVD player. Adjacent comfortable dining area. All windows double glazed for sound insulation. Reversible air-con in all main areas. Wireless broadband internet access. Lift.

This lovely apartment is located in the heart of glamourous Cannes only a stones throw from the beach being its best asset. From the apartment you can walk to an array of both designer and affordable shops as well as a vast choice of restaurants and bars - couldn't be in a better location! The apartment is part of a traditional French building giving it a romantic feel as well as being equipped with all the facilities you might need. We had a great time staying there and would definitely visit again!
Recommended for:  Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Romantic Getaway

We loved this apartment, being in a superb position, just a stroll from the beach and with many restaurants just round the corner. The apartment itself was comfortable and spacious with everything we needed. Cannes itself is a wonderful place with many beautiful places just a short drive or train ride away, an excellent centre for a holiday.

The apartment was very well located ,perfect for our teenagers who were able to come and go both to the shops and beach.
We used the train quite a lot ,visiting friends in Juan Les Pins or heading to the port at Golf Juan.
The people downstairs were also very friendly,organising a taxi for us to the airport.

We would definately rent the apartment again if we return to Cannes.

Clean and comfortable

A perfect homeaway. We and our adult daughter stayed at this very lovely 2 bedroom apartment in Cannes for a week October 8-15 2011. The apartment is large enough (with very high ceilings) that we felt quite comfortable. It was clean, well maintained and simply and nicely furnished.
It is in an excellent location -(one block to the Croisette and the water and one block to the shopping street of rue d'Antibes) and served as a wonderful base from which we took day trips to explore the Cote D'Azur.

We couldn't have asked for a better landlord than Judith who bent over backwards to fill us in with where to park the car, where to go, and suggested restaurants to boot. Kudos to a wonderful lady.

We have already recommended it to friends.
