This 2 bedroom luxury apartment provides visitors with the perfect location to explore the sights and sounds of Ireland's vibrant capital city. The apartment offers a safe and secure accommodation for 4 people (1 double bed, 2 single beds). Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied. Both the kitchen and the bathroom have recently been remodeled to the highest standards allowing guests five star luxury within the ease and comfort of a home from home.

The apartment faces into a large courtyard garden that is ideal for relaxation and gives loads of space for kids to play. It also ensures that the apartment is quite while still in the centre of the action.

Satellite TV with DVD player and Wii entertainment system and a selection of board games are available for those lazy days! It is a 3rd floor apartment and there is a lift.

As the property is managed by the owner we are always available should you have any inquiries during your stay. As such we are always willing to accommodate you with regard to dates and prices subject to availability, get in touch and we'll do our best.

Local area: Everything for an enjoyable stay is at your doorstep, from pubs and clubs to concerts, art and culture.

There are great walks to be found in Phoenix Park (Europe's largest urban park). If you are thirsty after your long walk we can supply you with local knowledge of the finest watering holes the city has to offer!

The free Dublin bicycle scheme has been a great addition to the city and allows the freedom to explore further afield. There are several stations close at hand.

CONVENIENT LOCATION

The apartment is ideally located on the north side of the Liffey at the foot of the Ha'penny Bridge, which means that O'Connell St. and Temple Bar are just a few minutes walk away. We also walked along the river from the apartment to the Guinness Storehouse.

The apartment is laid out well and the kitchen and bathroom have recently been updated. The kitchen and living room area faces the courtyard, so it is pretty quiet/calm in that part of the apartment. The bedrooms, however, face the street, so there is some street noise, even with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, I would advise bringing earplugs.

We all appreciated that we could drop our bags off early on the day of our arrival while the apartment was being cleaned. Butler's Chocolate Cafe is conveniently located just next to the apartment complex entrance and there is a bakery across the street as well.

The apartment was clean and the owner, Jonny, was prompt and helpful in answering my questions.

FABULOUS LOCATION-GREAT APARTMENT

This apartment is in a fabulous location-an easy walk to many of the attractions, restaurants, shopping, and pubs around Dublin. The apartment is in a secure building which was important to us as we were in Dublin for a girls trip. The apartment was clean and well maintained. There were four of us and we had plenty of room and plenty of hot water! The power strip in the living room was a nice surprise as we could all charge phones and ipads as well as plug in blow dryers and flat irons. The apartment has wifi which made it easy to keep in touch with family, book day trips, and check train schedules. The apartment is in a safe neighborhood as we were out at 6:00am walking to the train station for a day trip and coming home after midnight all the while feeling safe and secure. Jonathan was very helpful and easy to reach by email and quick to respond. We had a wonderful time in Dublin and would recommend this property and would book this apartment again on a return trip to Dublin.

CLEAN, SECURE AND GREAT LOCATION

We spent a week in this apartment exploring Dublin and the area. The apartment is in a great location near O'Connell St. and the River Liffey. Buses are an easy distance away as is a Dart Station. The apartment was very clean and the building was very secure. The living area, however, is very compact although four adults were fine. I would recommend this apartment and would stay there again.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT IN A SUPERB LOCATION

The apartment is reasonably priced and was exactly as expected, comfortable, spotlessly clean and in a great location. The correspondence from Jonny the owner was very good with maps and suggested places to visit. As promised his housekeeper was waiting for us on arrival, the apartment felt safe and secure, the free wifi and Netflix were an added bonus. If I return to Dublin I would definitely stay here again.

CAN'T BEAT THE LOCATION!

Can't Beat the Location!

If you want the Dublin experience, you won't get a better value considering the location. You're in the heart of the city in a safe, secure flat and everything you need (shopping, pubs, history) is all around you. Jonny was great and very accommodating, he responds to any queries promptly.

The apartment itself is spacious with good amenities (kitchen, TV etc.), but the beds were quite uncomfortable. The shower had its own challenges when trying to turn it on (which you are warned up prior to arrival) and the heater didn't work in one of the bedrooms so it was quite chilly. I would also recommend bringing your own towels, but you are provided with them regardless.

Overall, we were happy with our stay and wish we were still in Dublin!

Owner's Response: While I am of course happy to hear that Catherine Grace and her family enjoyed their stay, I must say that I am very disappointed to only receive a 3 star rating.

Catherine did inform me that there was a problem with the heater in one of the bedrooms and I immediately responded by asking them to check the switch at the socket to ensure it was on, I then offered to send up my maintenance manager Darren to see what needed to be done. The response I got was that everything was fine and there was no need to call up. The heater has since been inspected and no fault was found so I am at a loss as to why this is an issue.

Regarding the shower, yes occasionally it needs a little help in getting the water pressure to the shower head, this is explained in my welcome letter. The simple solution is to hold the shower head below the mixer tap and the water comes immediately. Why this is deserves the deduction of a star seems very harsh, what Catherine fails to mention is that once the shower is on the pressure is at 3 bars (the best for any domestic shower), and there is an extra large emersion tank that ensures there is lots of hot water for everyone. Guests have often commented to me how they appreciated the shower so again I am a little baffled as to why this would be an issue.

Fresh laundered, fluffy towels are provided for all guests and my housekeeper Aliona does a great job making sure everything is ready for you. I do not have any problem with you using your own, this is a towel friendly house. I guess hard bed, soft bed preference is a subjective type of thing, but I have slept in all the beds in my apartment and have enjoyed everyone of them, apparently so have all my other guests as I have never had one complaint about them through out the whole time I have let out the apartment.

I feel I have to point out in my defense that the average correspondence between myself and a potential guest is 6 emails, the correspondence with Catherine was 25. They changed their arrival time several times and each time I accommodated them, as I try to do for any guests.

As I said, yes I am very disappointed with the review, but I can take solace in the fact that Catherine expressly said that you will not get better value for money and that she was very happy with her stay!

We spent 3 nights in Jonathan's apartment and it was a very clean and pleasant. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 1 child. The location can't be beat for walking around Dublin. There is a grocery store and restaurants right down the street. He was very responsive when we asked a question and got back to us very quickly. Central to many historical sights. Highly recommend the Lotts Snug Pub next door to the flat.

Superb 2 bedroom Dublin city centre luxury apartment. Quite and secure in the heart of Dublin city, this luxury apartment has all that a discerning visitor could want on their doorstep, restaurants, pubs, live music, concerts, superb shopping, history and culture.

Enjoy the short stroll to 'Trinity College' or 'Christ Church Cathedral'. The National Gallery, National Museum and numerous galleries are all within easy reach, as is The Abbey Theatre along with numerous other theatres, cinemas and venues. If shopping is your thing we are located 100 m from the shopping haven of Henry St. and only 400 m from the famous shopping mecca of Grafton St.

When it comes to night life this luxury apartment is only 100 m from the hub of Temple Bar, however you can still get a quite nights sleep by returning over the Ha'penny Bridge to peace and quite after a hectic night out.

Simply put this luxury apartment could not be in a better located.

Golf: Dublin is well serviced with private and public courses (subject to green fees).

There is also the world famous K Club Ryder Cup course nearby (40 min by car), and the beautiful Druids Glen course in Wicklow (40 min by car).
