This fantastically placed 2 bedroom apartment has recently been entirely renovated and refurbished giving guests a new kitchen, bathroom and living area. I am very happy with the finish on the apartment and I know that my guests will just love it!
The apartment is in the perfect location to explore the sights and sounds of Ireland's vibrant capital city. Offering safe and secure accommodation for 4-5 people (1 double bed & 1 bunk bed with doule bottom and single top). The extra accommodation is to provide familys with sufficent space (there is also a travel cot provided for infants), there is a maximum of 4 adults per stay. Fresh bed linen and towels are supplied. This apartment is also my home and as such it is kept to the highest standards allowing guests five star luxury within the ease and comfort of a home from home.
The apartment faces into a large courtyard garden that is ideal for relaxation and gives loads of space for kids to play. It also ensures that the apartment is quite while still in the centre of the action.
Satellite TV with DVD player and Wii entertainment system and a selection of board games are available for those lazy days! It is a 3rd floor apartment and there is a lift.
As the property is managed by the owner I am always available should you have any inquiries during your stay. As such I am always willing to accommodate you with regard to dates and prices subject to availability, get in touch and we'll do our best.
Please note that bookings made for dates directly preceeding the previous guest will always get preference, the apartment is not run by an agency and as such we must maximise its occupancy.
Local area: Everything for an enjoyable stay is at your doorstep, from pubs and clubs to concerts, art and culture.
There are great walks to be found in Phoenix Park (Europe's largest urban park). If you are thirsty after your long walk we can supply you with local knowledge of the finest watering holes the city has to offer!
The free Dublin bicycle scheme has been a great addition to the city and allows the freedom to explore further afield. There are several stations close at hand.
Should you have any special requests let us know and we will do our best to point you in the right direction, otherwise take your time to stroll around and enjoy all the city has to offer in the safe knowledge that you are only a stones throw from home. Enjoy your stay.

This newly remodelled and renovated property is in a fantastic location for anyone wishing to explore the city by foot.
The property offers fantastic value for money. This apartment has not been designed in order to maximise profits, it has been designed to my specifications to maximise my own comfort and now guests get the benefit of that quality.
Jonny is a great host and is really helpful. The apartment is in a super location right in the heart of the City but at the same time the noise was never too bad as to affect our sleep. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!
Whilst it is in a super central location the apartment is tucked away, peaceful and has everything you need. Its clean and inviting, with all the comforts of home. Qua location it is ideal with great breakfast places, coffee spots and restaurants with just a walk (or stagger) across the bridge to the nightlife. I would highly recommend this little gem.
This was a beautiful apartment in a great location! Jonny was so great to work with! He responded to emails very quickly and was very accommodating by letting us drop off our luggage before check in time, so we could start sightseeing in this wonderful city! The apartment was clean and newly renovated! The beds were comfortable, the living area was very nice, the internet worked great, which was important to us as we own our own business and if clients needed something, we could provide it! Our security deposit was refunded promptly as well! We would recommend this apartment to anyone looking in the Dublin area! Thank you Jonny for a wonderful stay, and if we ever get back to Dublin, we will definitely look to stay here again!

The apartment is in a very central location to visit Dublin without car or bus. The apartment fits the description of the ad, it is clean and cosy. The owner is very prompt in front of every request and full of tips. The kitchen is well equipped. Strongly recommended.
Cute in a modest, bachelor/IKEA kind-of-way, this apartment was outstanding in a couple of ways: The host (though we didn't personally meet him) is extremely generous and accommodating, with an easy, very organized reservation system (others should take note!) Secondly, the location can't be beat - quiet yet steps from the lively Dublin streets. The courtyard was a lovely place to picnic. Wifi never failed us and the TV was reliable (during World Cup soccer!) We can't quite give it 5 stars due to some minor housekeeping issues, but knowing the host, these will be attended to. Overall, a great stay!
The apartment is ideally located on the north side of the Liffey at the foot of the Ha'penny Bridge, which means that O'Connell St. and Temple Bar are just a few minutes walk away. We also walked along the river from the apartment to the Guinness Storehouse.
The apartment is laid out well and the kitchen and bathroom have recently been updated. The kitchen and living room area faces the courtyard, so it is pretty quiet/calm in that part of the apartment. The bedrooms, however, face the street, so there is some street noise, even with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, I would advise bringing earplugs.
We all appreciated that we could drop our bags off early on the day of our arrival while the apartment was being cleaned. Butler's Chocolate Cafe is conveniently located just next to the apartment complex entrance and there is a bakery across the street as well.

Superb 2 bedroom Dublin city centre luxury apartment. Quite and secure in the heart of Dublin city, this luxury apartment has all that a discerning visitor could want on their doorstep, restaurants, pubs, live music, concerts, superb shopping, history and culture.
Enjoy the short stroll to 'Trinity College' or 'Christ Church Cathedral'. The National Gallery, National Museum and numerous galleries are all within easy reach, as is The Abbey Theatre along with numerous other theatres, cinemas and venues. If shopping is your thing we are located 100 m from the shopping haven of Henry St. and only 400 m from the famous shopping mecca of Grafton St.
When it comes to night life this luxury apartment is only 100 m from the hub of Temple Bar, however you can still get a quite nights sleep by returning over the Ha'penny Bridge to peace and quite after a hectic night out.
Simply put this luxury apartment could not be in a better located.
Golf: Dublin is well serviced with private and public courses (subject to green fees).
There is also the world famous K Club Ryder Cup course nearby (40 min by car), and the beautiful Druids Glen course in Wicklow (40 min by car).
