Two Bedroom Apartment - Sleeps 6/8

Two bed apartment situated on the second floor, which sleeps 6/8 (double bed, bunk bed and two sofa beds in the lounge). Excellent apartment for a family or friends, at an affordable price. Ideal for a city break or corporate booking, without having to pay city prices. Situated in a quiet location, but within easy reach of local amenities.Overground station is 5 mins walk. 10 min train journey to Stratford train station and the Olympic site, and a 20 min train journey to Liverpool Street. Travel time from the apartment to St Pancras International, and the Eurostar to Europe is approximately 40 min. Public transport is accessible and flexible with a night bus from Trafalgar Square to within a 5 min walk of the apartment. Easy access to museums, theatres, The London Eye, The London Aquarium, Houses of Parliament, Buckingham Palace, The Tower of London, London Zoo and many more London attractions. A free car park is available.

London Attractions: Liverpool Street Train Station is a 20 min train journey, which will give you access to all major train lines. Stratford Train station is 10 min away with access to the Docklands Light Railway, which provides easy access to the Tower of London, Greenwich Park and the Maritime Museum, The Cutty Sark and river boat sightseeing cruise to Westminster and other major London attractions. There is also a night bus which runs from central London to within 5 min walk of the apartment.

Eurostar: St Pancras international train station is approximately 40 min away by train.

I’m emailing your personal account as I wanted to let you know that we were very pleased with our stay at your flat in August, (21st to 25th). I started to put my review on through Homeaway but it would not let me proceed without creating a “traveller account” with them which I did not want to do. I’ve put my review below.



Once again, thanks for all the help provided by both you and your family during our stay.



“We stayed here in August, there were four of us. The accommodation was clean, bright and very comfortable.



The owner was very helpful and we were met immediately on arrival by the owner's brother and sister in law, there was no waiting around to get the keys. All the facilities were as described, we would definitely recommend to friends.



The flat is perfectly located for a day trips to London as the train station is about 5 minutes’ walk away.”

A really good, comfortable place to stay.

Well located close to station with frequent trains, and so within good reach of central London and attractions. Flat itself is scrupulously presented and clean. Derek and Robert are welcoming and helpful throughout: milk juice and bottle of wine waiting on arrival. Good layout in the flat, substantial diner/lounge, and ample kitchen. Bathroom showing some signs of wear, but clean and works well. Amazingly quiet, and with good view from lounge/diner. A really good set-up run in a friendly manner.

Fantastic facilities, comfortable, easy access

I cannot praise the service of Derek enough. Vow, last minute changes with our plans and 12.00 mid night checked in - where a gentleman waits with coffee, juice and some breakfast items ready for you in the fridge. Ticks all the boxes , cant think of whats not there in that flat. I would go back again and strongly recommend my friends and family to go there. Any better facility/service thats available around should be compared along with the price as well.

Very good holidays

We really enjoyed being taken that evening to the Nearest supermarket to be able to do our yard and we were given good advice on shopping and restaurants, pubs nearby.

The only downside of the apartment is the shower as setting the hot water was difficult (either too hot or too cold) but the rest was very good and we liked the attention of the bottle of wine on arrival... and the owner has always answered our questions by email before we arrived (which train to take to get to the apartment, travel time depending on the chosen airport, potential attractions during our stay ....) here helped a lot. Thanks a lot to Derek for your help !!!

Great Stay

Let me start by saying how GREAT Derek was! He really went out of his way with everything and made our stay great. He was able to accommodate our early arrival and had some breakfast foods in the apartment for us. He was able to answer all of our questions and even sent us an email with all of the info. The apartment was clean, bright and right near the Chadwell Heath train station. Would recommend! Thanks again for everything Derek!!

L'appartamento è vicino a Stratford dove c'è un grande centro commerciale, il centro di Londra è facilmente raggiungibile grazie ai mezzi che funzionano continuamente. I proprietari sono persone splendide, sempre disponibili a qualsiasi chiarimento e soprattutto sono persone serie. L'appartamento non è grandissimo, ma molto comodo e confortevole per 6/8 persone. Absolutly recommanded!

Owner's Response: The apartment is close to Stratford where there is a large shopping center, the center of London is easily accessible by public transport running continuously. The owners are lovely people, always available for any questions and are especially serious people. The apartment is not huge, but very convenient and comfortable for 6-8 people. Absolutly recommanded! We are glad that you enjoyed your stay and we look forward to seeing you again.

London 2 night accomodation. Family of 5.

Coming from Canada and not knowing the city of London very well, we really appreciated that Derek was able to communicate through email and over the phone for our many questions. Derek (and his team - we met Christina) were all very accomodating and helpful - excellent. The flat was exactly as it was described and in good condition. Our group of 5 were all comfortable. We would definitely return. I would recommend this flat. We were able to check out some of the local shops howere our time was short so most of the time was spent in London. It was very easy to get to the trains to take us to London. Derek was always ready and offering help if we needed it. We all appreciated it.
