This three bed roomed detached walled villa is situated in secure tropical surroundings. It is fully air conditioned throughout, supplemented by ceiling fans. Comfortable self catering accommodation is spacious and tastefully decorated in a modern oriental style. Bedrooms, all with en suite facilities, have safe security boxes and ample wardrobe space. The extensive living area offers elegant furnishings with a good listening and viewing system, a well stocked library of DVDs and music catering for all tastes and ages The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, four ring hob, combination microwave oven, juicer, kettle and toaster. An under cover dining area overlooks the swimming pool offering alfresco style living. The villa sits in a luxury complex where privacy and 24 hour security are assured. Transport from Bangkok airport can be arranged.

My family and I had a wonderful time during our week long stay at the Villa. Everything was very clean and organized. The kitchen was stocked with all the amenities that you could ask for. The pool was wonderfful as well. You can enjoy your meals outside with the a view of the beautiful pool and garden. I will be back here again next summer. Martyn and Gail it was very nice to meet you and look forward to seeing you all next year. Have a Merry Christmas.

we were very pleased when we arrived at the villa.it was immaculate and we were met by Gail and Martyn,the owners.they were very pleasant and helpful without ever being intrusiveThe villa is very well equipped and has quality furniture and fittings.It felt like home.
the pool was excellent and very well maintained.the villa was on a very quiet beautiful developement but only a couple of minutes walk from Jomtien centre and the beach.
weve been to a lot of holiday houses in our time but this was the best. i cannot reccomend this house enough and will return soon.

We are a family with two young children and having only seen the Villa on the internet were worried that it would not live up to expectations, it exceeded them and we were very happy there. The Villa was clean and tidy when we arrived it is spacious and well furnished with plenty of storage space two of the Bedrooms have sliding doors that lead to the pool and surrounding Garden. The pool is lovely and regularly cleaned there is also a very nice and quiet communal pool on the site. There is a Market within walking distance where you can buy food and stalls selling Gifts etc.
The owners are a very nice couple and any small problems that we had were sorted out immediately ,thank you Gail and Martyn

OUR PERFECT HOLIDAY LOCATION

WE WOULD TRAVEL TO JOMTIEN/PATTAYA FOR HOLIDAYS ON A REGULAR BASIS AND HAVE STAYED IN A LOT OF PLACES RANGEING FROM 5* HOTELS TO VILLAS AND HOUSES AND THIS ONE TOPED THE LOT. THE VILLA WAS LOCATED CLOSE TO THE CENTRE OF JOMTIEN WHICH MADE IT HANDY FOR MY FAMILY WHEN MY GOLF CLUBS TOOK ME OUT TO PLAY, YET FAR ENOUGH BACK THAT THE YOUNG ONES GOT PEACE TO SLEEP AT NIGHT.
THE PROPERTY WAS VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND THE PRIVATE POOL WAS A BIG BONUS AND THE FACT THAT THE VILLA WAS INSIDE ITS OWN ENCLOSED WALLED AREA GAVE US PEACE OF MIND ABOUT THE KIDS.ON ARRIVAL WE WERE MET AND WELCOMED BY GAIL AND MARTYN WHO SHOWED US AROUND THE HOUSE AND EXPLAINED WHERE EVERYTHING COULD BE FOUND WHEN NEEDED. AS WE WOULD TRAVEL TO JOMTIEN OFTEN, WE KNEW OUR WAY AROUND THE TOWN OK BUT WERE DISAPPOINTED THAT OUR FAVOURITE RESTAURANT " MAGGS " WAS CLOSED DURING OUR STAY AS THEY WERE MOVING INTO LARGER PREMISES. GAIL AND MARTYN ALSO PROVIDED A PHONE AND INTERNET ACCESS FOR OUR STAY AND ALL IN ALL MADE IT A WONDERFUL HOLIDAY.

We stayed here 10 days in july. Lovely holidayhome with everything you need. All over nice and clean. The pool was great! Lush, tropical garden, with many beautiful flowers. Close to 7-eleven, shops, restaurants and bars. About 500 meters to the beach. We truly enjoyed our stay here!
