During the top season ( july/august/september)we just accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday, so please bear that in mind before booking.

A wonderfull charming and luxurious completely refurbished south-west facing property, with 180º sea views and restyled in 2022 with pool, perfectly suited for a family with children or 2 or 3 couples.
Only 450 meters from sand beach (very safe for children). All amenities, play ground, tram station and grocery at 10 minutes walking.
The villa has 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and 2 more bedrooms with 1 bathroom. All new beds of 2023.
AIR CONDITIONING WARM/COLD IN ALL ROOMS.
The villa consists of a very bright and spacious open plan living room with a fire place, dining area and well equipped kitchen with black granite top, oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with drinking water, ice cibs and crunched ice, dish washer, Nespresso machineand induction cooker.
Next to the garage is a washing room with washing machine and tumble dryer.
Big sliding doors are leading to the terrace with pool. it has also sun blinds. The terrace has a BBQ, a 2 comfortable lounge sets, marble dinning table, and sun beds with wooden umbrellas.
Chromecast HBO max to stream TV and movies.
There is a private drive way to the house with enough space to park up to 3 cars.

Comfortable accommodation in a quiet area.

Very clean and spacious accommodation in a quiet location and within 10 minutes walk of 6 restaurants and also the tram station for easy access to Alicante or Benidorm. Unfortunately an ingress of water into the lower family room part of the accommodation did affect our holiday as we all had to use one bathroom for 3days of our stay. We turned the water supply off for that part of the building and the leak stopped so it would appear that the proplem is within the internal pipe system of the building. Fix that problem and we would happily return

Relaxing

The property is clean and modern , comfy beds, really good showers and a well stocked kitchen ( utensils and cutlery ) Pool is small but really lovely for chilling out in. Lots of nice outdoor seating areas for relaxing and dining. The local square is a hilly walk, but well worth it, the food was excellent and the staff were welcoming and helpful, loved a cocktail or dinner here . Jose our contact for the villa was excellent, he booked taxis for us , as my Spanish is very limited and as a traditional Spanish resort the taxi company spoke limited English, he was an absolute star and made our stay a bit easier , big thanks to him . We look forward to visiting again .

Gorgeous villa, lovely rooms and facilities but car recommended

Stayed 5-12 August for 1 week. Owner, via app, agreed to earlier check in and late check-out which was really helpful. Owner also arranged transfers which were prompt, reasonably priced and nice private large luggage buses. The villa was gorgeous. Large rooms with stunning ensuites in each room. The basement room is large BUT horrendously designed stairs do put any children at risk so be careful. There should be a handrail and platform when the doors opened. The living space, dining area and kitchen are large and sufficient for big family stay. TV had a lot of channels but only 3-4 English which was disappointing. The outside area is brilliant and photos do not do it justice. The pool is a little small but again, big enough for a family to enjoy cooling down. The villa does have another 'property' attached which is adjourned but unsure if anyone stays there. Be wary that the villa overlooking the outside has a pool and if they jump in it will splash down on to you when sunbathing or sitting in the shaded couch area near the pool. Also the elec did trip on several occasions so have owner on speed dial. The location is 50:50. It's near a gorgeous little beach that was surprisingly busy all the time. It's within 10 minute walk of a local shop however bare in mind the walk is up and down steep hills and there's not pathways so you walk on the road (which is also surprisingly busy) so be careful. The tram is near the local shop and is a brilliant way to get around though I'd recommend a car if you can get one cheap enough. El Campello town is stunning and untouched. It was full of locals and no louts that you'd expect going to Benidorm etc so we'll worth a visit. Alicante is a bit more hustle and bustle but also has a lovely waterfront so worth a visit though I'd suggest getting off at Mercado stop on the tram as it's easier. Finally have your wits about you when leaving the villa. We had to chase for our €500 deposit to be handed back. I genuinely hope this wasn't a scam........the cleaners arrived and taxi and were trying to rush us to leave without deposit suggesting we sort it when we get back home?! We didn't. We waited and when Tim arrived he tried to charge €125 for extra elec so please be careful and take full readings when he shows you around the villa on arrival. It put a dampener on the villa but not enough to put me off. Would recommend the villa and the owners again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Only 150 meters from the beach which is very safe for children.
Tram station at 7 minutes.
Near all amenities. Alicante at 15 minutes, el Campello 5 minutes.
