3 bedroom apartment can sleep 6 (+2 more on sofa beds)

This bright and sunny apartment has been recently renovated and equipped throughout.

The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 with en suite shower).

2 bedrooms can be set up either with king size or single beds in them, the 3rd bedroom has a double bed in it thus giving great flexibility to suit all your needs.

All bedrooms have hairdryers and wall mounted tvs with freeview.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with halogen hob, oven, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave, etc. a comprehensive selection of utensils, crockery and cutlery are supplied.

The diningroom/lounge has two 3 seater leather sofas (providing 2 more single beds if required).

The lounge area contains a 42' wall mounted tv with Virgin digital stations, mp3/iphone/radio docking station, dvd player and games console.

The dining area contains new dining table and chairs to seat 6.

The large family bathroom with under floor heating has both a shower and separate bath.

Childrens travel cot, high chair and toys are available.

There is also a free private off road designated car parking space.

The apartment is situated less than 2 miles from the city centre (about 10 min) by bus. The bus stop is literally less than 1 minute walk from the front door. In the very immediate vicinity there are restaurants, bars, shops and for a late night nibble, a bakers.

Less than a mile away, and on a direct bus route you will find the Fountain Park entertainment complex which has a 13 screen Multiplex cinema, several bars & restaurants, a bowling alley, small games arcade, children's indoor playground and a casino.

The apartment is also ideally situated for access to Murrayfield Rugby Stadium and Tynecastle Football Ground which are both less than half a mile away.

There is a 24hr Asda and a Sainsburys which are both less than a mile away for all your shopping needs, where you can also find a McDonalds.

Brilliant Apartment

We have just returned from 3 nights in this lovely apartment and would highly recommend it. The owner was welcoming and helpful. Everything was clean and the apartment is spacious, light and warm. It is SO handy for the city centre, the bus stop merely a minutes walk away and only £1:30 to go anywhere in the city. We visited the castle and also Dynamic Earth - both great! All the facilities in the apartment were great, the DVDs, the well equipped kitchen and the little extras in the fridge - including sweets for our 4 year old - so thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
We loved Edinburgh and definitely hope to be back - we won't hesitate to book this apartment again.

Our family had a very enjoyable short break here. Everything was as promised. It is a very clean, modern, spacious, comfortable apartment, excellent value for money and a perfect location - only a short distance from Edinburgh. It was easy to use the local bus service to get to Edinburgh for all our sight-seeing, shopping and dinning in some of the many fantastic restaurants - and all without the hassle of parking etc. The owners were very helpful and more than accommodating. The provisions they left for us in the fridge made it so much more relaxing upon our arrival. When we visit Edinburgh again, we will definitely use this accommodation and we have already recommended it to our friends! Hope you find this review helpful.

Absolutely Fabulous!

We stayed at this beautiful apartment and loved every minute of it! The owners have thought of everything, the kids just loved the dvd's and games especially the playstation! Easy access to Princes Street -I think it was only nine bus stops away! Spotless clean and well presented. Loved having local shops & restaurants on our doorstep - and what a bonus having your very own private parking spot in Edinburgh!!
