    Free off-street parking for 1 car only. Any additional cars will need to park in Freshfield Road using either on-street meters £4.70 per day or purchase visitor permits (subject to availability) at £10.00 per day. Parking restrictions apply 9am to 8pm daily Please note.

Wonderful house! My family & I decided to rent the house for a week leading up to my brothers wedding. After a long journey down from Cambridge, we found the house to be clean, comfortable and very well equipped for all the family, including my mother and children. Worked out by far cheaper than booking a hotel, and we enjoyed each others company in what was a special family occasion (Which would have been limited at a hotel!). Owner was ever so pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommend!

Sports Event in Brighton

We stayed in this lovely decorated apartment with 14 sports people to attend a sports event to save on cost for accommodation. It turned out to be so much better than the hotel accommodation we would normally have booked. We had a lovely home from home to come back to after our long sports days. A place with every comfort we could wish for with a high luxury standard, cosy and very clean.

Everything we wanted was there: a great tv, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, iron, plenty of towels, washing up liquid, washing powder, comfortable beds, etc. Anything you could need was there.

The owner was very friendly and always available and happy to help us.

The seaside and Brighton Pier was only a short walk away from the apartment, like the many cosy restaurants, pubs and shops in Brighton's town centre.

Hopefully we can book this apartment again when we next have our competitions in Brighton!

Everything you wish for at Kemptown Hazeldene

"This is a perfect house for a Hen weekend. The property is very well managed and the booking process was hassle free and check in and check out made very convenient. Everything was as expected facilities wise and everything listed is provided. The house is good value for what you pay, clean, well equipped and well furnished and the attention to detail with soft furnishing particularly the red colour scheme is a nice touch. We had 11 people in it and the space and number of bathrooms etc was ideal, 14 would have been cosy in the kitchen as the only communal area once all the beds are made up. The house is in an excellent location, just a 20 minute stroll down to where all the action is in Brighton. My bride to be and all the other hens were very comfortable and loved it, so therefore i would highly recommend it."

Lovely Fab House in Great Location

Lovely fab house in a great location for 10 girls from Yorkshire, 10mins walk from the pier & centre of Brighton where we all had a great time in the bars, restaurants and a few of us in the Clubs. 5mins walk to the centre of Kemptown where we did our grocery shopping. One free parking spot was helpful.
The owner Andrew met us and gave us a guided tour so when knew how everything worked. He also refunded our Security deposit the day we left which was nice.
Overhaul lovely clean well presented modern house for 10 girls to stay in Brighton.
