This spacious and tastefully furnished penthouse apartment has full air conditioning/heating. It has three terraces, one accessed from either the kitchen or lounge, another from the master bedroom (ideal for breakfast as it gets the morning sun), and the third is a large secluded rooftop solarium, ideal for barbecues and sunbathing, with views overlooking Portugal. The apartment block is accessed via security gates, and the apartment has its private car parking space. The apartment is located on a development with a championship golf course. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and children's splash pool, and is the perfect holiday base for families or golfing enthusiasts alike.

The property is located in an ideal spot for touring the western Algarve and Southern Spain.

About Lesley Curtis

The apartment which was purchased from new is jointly owned by two couples Mary and Peter and Lesley and Don. We all live in the North East of England and Mary and Peter have family living in Seville. I handle all of the adminstration and rental enquiries on behalf of the owners, hence the photo of me as I will be the contact you would have.

Why Lesley Curtis chose Ayamonte

We chose this property on a new development in a very traditional area of Spain which has easy access to Seville and to Faro airports. It is an ideal location for touring and is an unspoilt area of Spain

Amazing. The apartment had everything you needed.

An amazing family holiday. Our 4 year old loved it and actually asked for more sleeps the next time we go! The apartment was clean and had everything you needed to make your stay stress free. The location was great, near the beach and towns. Very quiet area which was great for us. All In all a very rest full but memorable holiday.

Relaxing holiday in excellent apartment

My Wife and I have spent three relaxing weeks in this well equipped apartment.
The booking process was friendly and well managed making the whole process easy. The local directions and map provided was accurate and very helpful.
The gated complex includes private parking and the surrounding areas are very clean well maintained making for excellent first impressions.
Access to the apartment is via stairs or elevator both of which are clean and well kept. The apartment certainly met and exceeded our expectations. It is stylishly furnished, comfortable and very well equipped throughout. We enjoyed relaxed breakfasts on the east facing terrace, lazy days on the south facing terrace and warm evenings on roof top sun terrace.
The proximity of the apartment to the Spain/Portugal border means there is easy access to towns, restaurants, sightseeing and picturesque scenery.
We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to friends and relatives and hope to return in the near future

ESTANCIA AGOSTO

Hemos estado en el apartamento 2 parejas, en cuanto a espacio muy bien ya que es bastante espacioso, cada pareja tenía su habitación y su baño.
La estancia ha sido muy agradable, el apartamento tiene de todo, no es como en otros que apenas tienen utensilios o pequeños electrodomésticos.
Los únicos inconvenientes es que en los 15 días que hemos estado no ha funcionado el ascensor y que necesitas coche para todo ya que la urbanización está alejada de Ayamonte y de la playa aunque también hay que decir que para ser Agosto no hemos tenido ningún problema en encontrar aparcamiento en la playa.
En general, muy bien.

Somos una familia de Badajoz, con dos niños y ellos han gozado mucho.
Las instalaciones son muy buenas. Todo está en buen estado y el clima es muy agradable.
La ubicación del apartamento, da libertad para poder vigilar a los niños desde cualquier ángulo del apartamento.
El clima es agradable y la zona ofrece muchas posibilidades, sobre todo por su proximidad a Portugal.

Costa Esuri is situated on the border between Portugal and Spain, making it an ideal base for you to discover both Andalusia and the Algarve. This new residential development has two golf courses, one of which is a championship course. The pretty fishing town of Ayamonte is close by, and is a great place to experience typical Spanish life; many of its lively plazas and streets are pedestrianised and are full of restaurants, cafes, shops and boutiques. It's picturesque marina is not to be missed. Only a 10-minute drive away are the beautiful long beaches of Isla Canela and Isla Christina, and the E1 motorway is a 5-minute drive away, to take you to either the historic city of Seville (1hour approx) to the East, or Portugal's Algarve to the west. Use of a car is, therefore, highly recommended.
