I have two identical one on first and second floor spacious apartment. Both apartment comprises an open plan lounge/diner with cable TV and ceiling fan; two double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans (the master bedroom also has air-con); family bathroom with hot water; fully fitted kitchen. There is also a balcony where you can sit with a glass of wine and watch the world go by!

Benaulim is a small fishing village on the south coastline of Goa. The beach is perfect for swimming or just relaxing in the sun, and there are good facilities close by, including restaurants, bars and water sports. Benaulim beach has over the years become a very popular tourist destination in Goa.

The apartment is located on the crossroads at the heart of the village. There are good facilities close by, including a pharmacy, taxi rank, internet cafe, food store, and a lovely cafe. On the main road to the beach there are more shops and restaurants.

The main town, Margoa, is just 5 kilometres away and can be reached cheaply by taxi. Margoa is the second largest city in Goa, and you will find many shops, a cinema, internet cafes, banks, cafes and restaurants. The town has an excellent market, as well as fascinating fish market.

For those wishing to travel a bit further, 'Old Goa' is about a 40 minute taxi ride away where you will find ancient Hindu temples and beautiful old churches.

About Mona

My name is Monalisa. I was born in Goa and spent my childhood and teenage years there. Although I now live in the UK with my family, I go to Goa as often as I can as I miss it a lot.

Goa is a beautiful place. My best memories are summer holidays when I was a kid, spending time at the beach with my cousins and neighbours, the hot summer days, the sea breeze and the warm sea water. My favourite thing of all is swimming in the sea and watching the sun setting on the horizon. I could easily spend all day on the beach watching the world go by.

When my English husband went to Goa for the first time he was totally mesmerised by the place. He experienced things that he had never seen before. He especially loved the people, the food, swimming in the warm sea, and the inspiring sights of old Goa.

I always wanted a home near the sea and I bought the flat. I know that people who visit Goa will have a very special and unique experience. My flat is ideally situated to enjoy the best of Goa.

I chose this flat because I love Benaulim. I grew up just a few miles away and I regularly came here to spend time on the beach. Over the years Benaulim has become a famous tourist spot.

Rental 830695 - 2 Bed Apartment @ Benaulim Goa.

My first comment would be excellent place to stay and the owners were really helpful and understanding. The location and the facilities were as accurate as it is in the description. Indeed the the apartment interiors are more than pleasing. It was spic and span and well maintained and within the proximity from the serene Benaulim beach (10 mins by walk). The apartment is huge with a good furnishings and a nice kitchen. Not to mention the owners (Joe) was extremely helpful and we got some excellent service there. Many of the restaurants, coffee shops, business centers and a grocery shop are all near by and handy. CrossRoads and the German Bakery are a few cafes to mention about (nice breakfast ;)). I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends if they are looking for a less commercialized place to relax in the south of Goa and I would love to stay here the next time i visit.
