Brisa Mar is the perfect beachside house for those people looking to holiday next to the beach with sea views. With excellent bar/restaurants, grocery shops, bakers and patisseries within a short walk - all amenities are close by. For those with a car, there is free parking on the old seaside road .

Brisa Mar is a traditional beachfront house beautifully restored in 2009. Featuring 2 spacious bedrooms and 2 modern tiled bathrooms it provides very comfortable accommodation for 4 persons. The light, airy lounge area is complimented by a modern, fully equipped kitchen/dining area. To the rear of the house is the utility room and downstairs bathroom.

On the first floor the 2nd bedroom is large with twin beds. The South facing master bedroom is ensuite and opens onto a beautiful dining terrace with sun loungers - enjoying fantastic views of the sea and coastline! The private terrace is perfect for sunbathing and has a large retractable shade for dining or avoiding the midday sun.

Brisa Mar Beach House

The property is ideally situated near to the beach, shops and restaurants. Its not at all noisy and there is a very Spanish ambiance to the house and surrounding town area. The house is clean and feels very homely. It is well equipped and comfortable. We recommended it to our friends, who also had a great experience staying there. We have already booked to return in 2015!

Owner's Response: Our guests sometimes hire a car and visit Granada, the Alhambra Palace and other key sights of Andalucia. However, some visitors take a taxi or bus from the airport and are happy to enjoy the local area - there are plenty of shops, restaurants and an internet cafe just a few minutes walk from the house. Stayed in Barrys house for 10 days.The quality of all the contents excelled our expectations we could live in this house easy.Its handy for the local shops and supermarket and lots of nice places to eat nearby.We found the Eclips on the other side of the marina kept drawing us back the menue of the day is a bargain.We would definatly recomend Brisamar and will return sometime soon hopefully Steve and Maggie

"Undiscovered Costa del Sol

Superb location, the property is very well equipted and clean, the welcome pack is a nice touch. There are plenty of good restaurants, shops and bars within walking distance so a car is not absolutely necessary but a little spanish will go a long way

Air con. would be a welcome addition but all in all a great place to spend your holiday. Recommended..

Owner's Response: Every guest so far has appreciated the front line location of our Beach House.....and the sea views from the spacious roof terrace! Several visitors have used the house as a base to explore Andalucia by car - Granada, Malaga, Antequerra and Cordoba are all fun day trips and the motorway E15 / A7 is only a 5 minute drive. However, some of our guests come to chill out and relax by the beach! In this case a car is not needed as there are plenty of shops, bars, restaurants and internet cafes´s within a short walk. Taxi´s are easily found and the bus stop to Malaga, Torrox or Nerja is a short walk. We have considered air con but the running costs are high which would mean an increase in our prices. Our regular visitors seem happy with the electric fans and the Sea Breeze....." Brisa Mar". Thanks Victor and please return ..........Barry

Great beach house for 4 persons near local restaurants. We enjoyed a holiday among the friendly Spanish neighbours. The terrace is a great place for your breakfast, lunch or diner with always a beautiful view. The house is well equipt and comfortable. We will return.

Situated in a very Spanish area between Caleta de Velez and Algarrobo Costa on the old seaside road - the sea views are delightful. And all our guests love the terrace! Brisa Mar is situated right on the sea front, south facing and just 10 m from the beach. With uninterrupted views of the sea and enjoying a front line position it is a location to dream of! Cross the narrow old beach side road and you are on the sandy beach. Walk 5 min west and you will be next to the boats at the Port; Caleta de Velez. Walk 5 min east and you will find yourself on Algarrobo coast.

This beach side house is walking distance from numerous bar/restaurants, cafes, shops and internet cafe is 2 minutes walk. There is a bank, news agents, local supermarket and wine store all within a 5 min walk.

Malaga is a 40 min drive by car or take a bus from the airport. The nearest bus stop is 5 min walk and local buses go regularly to Malaga and Nerja.

Brisa Mar is a perfect beach front location to explore Andalucia. Granada and the Alhambra Palace, Cordoba, Nerja and Marbella are all well connected by the motorway which is 3 km distant.

Brisa Mar (Sea Breeze) has a top location.
