Self catering villa with sun terrace over looking golf course

Large two bedroom villa with air conditioning, and central heating. Open lounge seating for four, dining area seating for six, large TV. Patio doors opening out to garden and patio, seating for six. Twin bedrooms, each having there own bathroom. Kitchen electric cooker and hob, fridge freezer, microwave. and laundry room. Upstairs opens out to a large sun terrace with four sun loungers with super views.

La Torre golf resort is surrounded by a large beautiful lake The golf course was designed by Jack Nicklaus and for those staying on the resort can use other Polaris World resorts including Mar Menor which is just 10 minutes away. Apart from playing golf there are tennis courts, and swimming pools, After you can relax and enjoy a meal or just a drink on the terrace of the club house. On the complex there are restaurants, supermarket, shops, and chemist. If it is a beach you are looking for, the region of Costa Calida means the warm coast known for its mild all year Mediterranean climate is just a short drive away or, Cartagena with its Ancient Port with its Roman Theatre and several museums is just 20km away.

A fantastic villa only a 15 minute drive from the airport on a well maintained estate, great pools, tennis and fab golf. A well stocked on site shop which is ideal for people without transport, the estate also has a number of great places to eat out and also enjoy a glass of wine whilst relaxing watching great sunsets.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
