Handsome end of terraced town house, open and friendly feel with a contemporary/ modern interior, comfortably furnished with white marble tiled floors. Patio has established orange tree/pots of plants, with a solid wooden round table/chairs for morning breakfasts/evening drinks!. Relax in our large sunny lounge with chimney breast - seating (2 sofas) for up to 6 with wooden/glass coffee table. The dining area has a large carved wooden dining table/6 chairs. Multi media inc: TV video/DVD & satellite, Clavinova Piano, CD, Radio & MP3 player. Large 'airy' fully fitted kitchen with extensive range of cooking facilities/utensils inc: gas hob/electric fan oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave etc. Separate toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs hallway opens out to 3 spacious bedrooms, with good quality beds & mattresses; fresh bed linen/ towels provided. Spacious wardrobes can hold all your clothes/belongings. Bathroom with combined bath/shower, toilet, wash basin & storage.

Conveniently Located Townhouse

We have to thank Angelo and Graham for being so helpful with our booking and for answering our queries so promptly and accurately,they are delightful people to deal with. This lovely townhouse was perfect for our 2 week stay with everything close to hand. Just a 5 minute walk to a good selection of shops and restaurants with a large supermarket close by. We took the train from Malaga Airport to Arroyo
where the house was just a short walk away from the station. Tivoli world, Selwo Marina and Paloma Park are also close by and there is no shortage of local markets! The train service is fantastic, always on time and very cheap. Plaza mayor is well worth a visit (by train) for some shopping therapy, a Cineama and also many restaurants and bars. The house was extremely clean, comfortable and very well equipped and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. In fact we have just booked for another 2 weeks at Christmas. Thanks a million!!

We had a "FANTASTIC" time the house was a Diamond kept to a very high standard in the middle of town within a minute's walk to the shops and bars and yet nice and peaceful at night the Spanish people around us were great would recommend to anyone . Angelo was a STAR from the minute i picked the phone up he was very helpful a pleasure to talk to just wish we had found this places sooner

We had a fantastic time, Angelo was a supurb host and couldent do eough for us, The House was brillent close to all ameityies . I have stayed a alot off properties in this area and i can honsetly say this is in my top 3 will defenetly be going back

a gem of a place!

We had a wonderful time - easy to get to - straight from the airport onto the train and a 20 minute journey then 10 minute walk to house. Poperty was immaculate,well presented and maintained to a high standard.Location could not have been better very central but in a quiet street amongst the spanish residents. Also within walking distance of beach, shops, bars and restaurant. Excellent reference file left by the owners which was invaluable information on bus/train services and where to eat and shop and what was going on in the area. We particularly liked the shaded terrace for alfresco eating. We would highly recommend this property to our friends and family. A gem of a place.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay in this property. It was immaculately clean with all facilities you could need. It was in a great position for getting to Bars, restaurants, shops etc... it meant we could go out without using the car. If we wanted to go further afield there are some really beautiful villages, towns and beaches just a short journey away. It is close to rail and bus services. The owners were extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend it to others.

In Avenida Garcia Loca, (5 min walk) there is an indoor swimming pool, gym & ice skating rink. Paloma Park (10 min walk) - has fantastic views, large lake, water plume & landscaped gardens with wildlife & in June a feria (fair), is held. The palm tree lined High Street (10 min walk) towards Tivoli World (Amusement Park) & cable car ride to the top of the Calamorro Mountain & bird of prey reserve with breathtaking views (on a clear day glimpse Morocco). Huge choice of 'eating out', traditional bars/restaurants - fantastic food/atmosphere. Train/bus visit Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas, or Malaga with its historical castle & port. Day trips by car/coach to explore further afield, Granada, Cordoba or Gibraltar to name just a few.
