  - As an inventory an breakage deposit of 100€ which will be returned once keys are returned and no damage or
  excessive cleaning is confirmed.
  - The property is booked from 15.00 PM on the day of arrival through to 10.00 AM on departure day, this is necessary
  for cleaning and preparation for the next arrivals. It can be changed if agreed with the owner in advance.
  - High chair and cot free of charge, ask in advance.
  - The price is for 4-6 persons.Two singlesextra beds can be possible.
