Property, with stunning view of lake and mountains, is located in a holiday complex above local sport and cultural centre. Complex can be seen from the main road, Campo Grande, and it is located on the hill opposite Garda Regional Park Museum. Parking to the property is situated at the bottom of the hill. There are stone steps, by the car park, leading to n4; alternatively, a small country road across from the local pool and leading to the back of the property can be accessed by car, but without right to park beyond 10-15 minutes.
The village of Prabione is situated in the middle of the Regional Park and, in spite of being in an exceptionally quiet area, it is very well served by local restaurants and sport facilities. Pool, tennis court, football pitch and horse riding are all available within a few minutes walk from the property for very reasonable fees. There is an excellent restaurant at the top of the road set in a Renaissance building with a lovely garden, so in door and out door dining is available.
