The 'Villa del Barone' a romantic and historic 1923 house located on the sea opposite the Island of Elba is surrounded by green pines and the Mediterranean in the middle of a vast land and property included in the archaeological park 'Baratti' famous for Etruscan, iron working and housing finds from Roman times.

Surrounded by quiet, caressed by the wind and the melody of the sea will be easy to spend relaxing time in the balance between history and nature.

Easy private access to the sea in small rocky coves, close to the beaches of the park of Baratti and Rimigliano and a few minute drive from the ancient village of Populonia.

It offers a charming apartment, completely renovated and equipped with central heating, comprises: small entrance hall, living room 2 +1 pax with kitchenette and spacious bathroom.

The villa, built and inhabited by the same family was recently the location of an important film with a romantic love story set in the nineteenth.
