Luxury 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with 2 bathrooms (Main en suite) both with walk-in shower enclosures and power showers. Main bedroom, leading onto balcony, comprises 2 single beds or large king size bed, and the second bedroom has 2 single beds. Fully air-conditioned (warm or cool),and beautifully furnished with leather couches and wooden fitted kitchen, containing dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer and separate fridge. The lounge/dining area is open plan leading onto balcony (27m²) , not overlooked, with stunning sea views and Benalmadena Marina, fitted with garden table and chairs (to enjoy outdoor dining), together with sun loungers. From here, steps lead to a roof terrace (95m²) with views of the Carihuela beach and mountains to the rear. Complete with dining table and chairs, sunloungers and BBQ, you can enjoy the sun all day. Just a 7 min stroll to the centre of Torremolinos or Carihuela with all their restaurants promenades, etc. The list is endless.

Fantastic luxury penthouse!

Nicest holiday home we ever stayed in.Home from home!Spectacular balcony and rooftop terrace.Very central and within walking distance to shops,restaurants,beach,train station.No hire car needed.Family enjoyed Aqualand,sea life,Tivoli World,Dolphins in Selvo Marina Benalmedena,Fuengirola Zoo and GoKarting to name but a few.Excellent standard of accomodation,everything you need supplied.Alison was very helpful on arrival.This is the holiday home I would love to own,returning again 2014,says it all!

Wonderful Repeat Stay.

Our second four week stay in this lovely, lovely apartment. Everything we wanted for a perfect holiday. Perfect location, perfect facilities and every comfort. We are agreeing dates with Val for our third visit in 2015.

Only one thing changed, Sky pulled the plug on TV on the Costa del Sol. However, fear not as we have installed a new system giving all the channels, and we installed a new larger TV to add to the enjoyment.

A 'GEM' of a place

We have stayed at Val's Holiday Apt from Apr. 23rd to May 7th. The Apt was much better than expected after seeing the website. At first look, I felt overwhelmed by its beauty, cleanliness and quietness.

The large bright kitchen was well equipped. Plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Plenty of dishes and utensils. Frig., stove, micro-wave, mini-grill, etc.. were all in perfect working condition.

The Master bedroom was well furnished with his and her's storage space. A french door allows you to walk out to the balcony/terrace to admire the morning actions on the sea. Lets not forget the Sea Gulls and many other birds.

Since we do not live near the water, it was interesting to watch Cruise Ships, Freighter and small fishing boats just passing 1 or 2 kms from the building.

The 'en-suite' was beautifully designed. There was a second bedroom with 2 single beds and an adjoining bathroom. Unfortunately, the website does not have a picture of the bathrooms.

The white marble floor all through the Apt was very nice to walk on. In the Living room/salon, the 2 leather couches invite you to read or watch TV. At a push of a button, a security curtain comes down. We really liked that.

Alison had us acquainted with the Apt, the Building and the area. She is an open book of info regarding the Costa Del Sol and of Spain in general. Also, Val has a very detail book about everything we need to know while we are his Guests. It was comforting knowing we could contact Alison in case of any unexpected occurrences at the Apt or Building.

We realized there was no need for us to rent a car from home. The train system works like a charm. It is fast, clean, cheap and always on time. The Apt is at a walking distance from the train station, shopping mall, cafe, restaurant, beach, etc...We used our rented car only to visit far away destinations. Val had sent us a detailed map from Malaga Airport to the Apt. One can also take a taxi from the Airport.

A 'Lift' will take you up to the Apt. It is very helpful with luggage and grocery shopping bags. At other times, the stairs are very easy to use. Both Terraces have shade curtains which are controlled automatically via an electronic system.

This Vacation Oasis is already on our return list. Why? It is the perfect location to enjoy a stress free Holiday.

Amazing Apartment!

I had a wonderful time staying at Val's vacation home in Torremolinos. The pictures really do not do the apartment justice; it looks even better in person! It really feels like home and the views of the Mediterranean are breathtaking. Upon arrival, Alison was very helpful in orienting me with the place. It was a very relaxing and quiet area, but just a few minutes walk from restaurants, bars and shopping. I only wish I could have stayed for longer! I strongly recommend this home for anyone looking for a greatly located and spectacular place!

Very well equipped apartment with every facility. Every bit as good as implied by description.
Communication with the owner (and Alison) was excellent.
Highly recommended.
Ideally located for beach, restaurants, shops, railway station etc etc. All within 10 minutes walk at most.
Already booked again - which says it all!!

Home from Home.

Fabulous time had by me and mate. Toured the Andalucian coast during our stay and having this place as a base just hit the spot! 10 mins. walk to train station and central facilities yet nestled away in a quiet area away from it all. A gem in the making! Actually already made. The care and presentation of the property is second to none, The elevated position of the apartment gives fab views in either direction over sea and mountains.

As a rule its unusual for me to go anywhere twice but I must admit I'm guilty of looking at flights for next year already.

Well done Val & Co, No doubt you'll have many more content guests as the apartment is faultless.

P.s... A message for Alison sorry but your promised Lobster escaped in Mulligan's bar.

Torremolinos is a modern city famous for its shopping, restaurants, bars, beaches, water sports, golf and night life. Blue flag beaches of the Carihuela and Bajondillo are within seven minutes walk of the apartment. They stretch ten kilometres east to west from the famous Parador Golf Course, location of the Andalucian Open, to the Port of Benalmadena. This stretch of beach is renowned for its fish restaurants with people travelling from all over the Costa to enjoy the best of Spanish cuisine.

The Costa del Sol, also known as the Costa del Golf, has a wonderful climate for golf in the winter, and beach activities for eight months of the year.

Within easy reach, 15 min walk, are attractions such as Aqualand the biggest water park on the Costa, and the Crocodile Park. Malaga Airport is about 10 min by commuter train (Renfe), as is Tivoli World Fun Park with cable cars to the mountain high above the Costa. The Renfe travels from Malaga to Fuengirola in 30 minutes, at intervals of 20 minutes.

Golf: This apartment is located within 10 minutes drive of the Parador Golf course, home of the Andalucian Open

Ski: The famous ski resort of the Sierra Nevada is less than a 2 hour drive.
