  • Cancellation Policy
    •You may cancel your reservation at any time by notifying us by email. In the event of cancellation or if the booking cancelled due to non-payment of the balance by the specified date the following cancellation charge shall apply:
    •Between the booking date and 30 days prior to arrival – Deposit charged
    •Between 30 days prior to arrival and the arrival date – Full payment charged
    •Once your final 70% is paid there is no cancellation refund. However, if you are on your trip and within days of arrival and you choose to arrive earlier and the villa is available, we can move things around for you with no problem

    30% deposit is required to secure your booking

    Payments can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Amex or Bank Transfer: Please note that there will be a 3% surcharge for all credit card payments

    Full payment to be made 30 days prior to arrival date

    Last minute bookings under 30 days are to be paid in full immediately

    A refundable 20,000THB security deposit will be required upon arrival and from this we will deduct 6 baht per unit for electricity. The deposit (minus electric costs) will be returned on your departure provided the villa is left in good order (higher deposit for long term). A copy of your passport is also required upon arrival

8 Friends and I stayed at the house in May 2011, and had a great time there! The house was spacious, with a nice pool, pool table and living area with plenty of seating. There is also a bbq pit outside that we made good use of. Cord, the owner was extremely friendly, and made sure everything was setup for our arrival.

The house is about 2km from the beach and center of town. You can call for a cab to take you to the beach, and catch a tuk tuk back to the house. Just note that the house does not come with a telephone, so to call for taxis, you need to use a cell phone with roaming, or call using Skype on your computer (the house has Wifi). Not much of a problem if you're prepared for this.

All in all, we had a great stay, and would love to go back to Koh Samui again!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Fantastic Villa!

We stayed at this beautiful villa for nearly two weeks - it was spectacular! The villa is gorgeous and extremely spacious. It has everything you could possibly want or need for your holiday. The pool is perfect, refreshing and large. We used the BBQ grill when we didn't feel like dining out. The owner provided a Koh Samui "manual" to address any questions we could drum up. Everything was perfect...the Villa exceeded our expectations, by far. Thanks SO much for a great stay on the Island. Kat
