FREE WiFi / INTERNET. located in quiet residential area of Calis. less than One Mile flat walk to Calis Promenade & Beach, there are also dozens of Restaurants, Bars, cafe, Shops, mini markets & Bazaars on the way to & from the Promenade. The local bus service "Dolmus" goes past the villa gates every 30 minutes. This Beautiful Four Bedroom, Three Bathroom DETACHED VILLA, located at sea level, with large 9 x 5 meter = 45 m² Totally PRIVATE and SECLUDED Swimming POOL, ( This being one of my guests most Important Benefits ) Maintained Daily & SECLUDED PRIVATE landscaped mature walled & Gated private gardens.

Huzur Villa is only 2 miles into the town of Fethiye, so not Miles away from anything, also the local bus services (DOLMUS) goes past the villa gates twice every hour, seven days per week, from early to late, also a there is also a Taxi call button located 10 meters outside the villa gates, just press & a local Taxi will be with you in 5 minutes, so defiantly no need for a rental car.

Huzur villa is situated in a quiet and convenient semi- residential location. Calis has a water taxi service across the bay to Fethiye or you can take the local dolmus (mini-bus) service that passes right outside the villa gates. Calis Beach has great local amenities; many Super / mini markets, shops, bars & many wonderful restaurants

Calis Beach is very much a Families & Couples Beach Resort offering and delivering everything that you would expect for a great holiday. There are many water sports including kite & windsurfing with International instructors at the local windsurfing cafe at Calis Beach ( Koca ) That's the 007 James Bond Skyfall Location, & professional Scuba Diving tours available from Fethiye Bay.

Getting around: The Dolmus 'DOLLY' service will take you to, Calis Market, or Fethiye town for 3.00 Lira (50p) per person. you can easily get the Dolmus from Fethiye to places like, Olu Deniz (The Blue Lagoon) KayaKoy (Ghost Village) Sakilikent (gorge) & Gocek Marina.

There are two mountain bikes in the shed at the rear of the villa for your use. Additional bicycles can be hired from the local shop for 30 Lira (£5-£6) per bike per day, discounts for several bikes can be negotiated.

Getting to Huzur Villa: Airport transfer from Dalaman airport to-and-from Huzur villa will/can be arranged for you with a friendly, English-speaking representative of Huzur Villa, He is called Mustafa - but he prefers 'Musty'.

Internet / Wi-Fi is available at the villa, please ask for modem password if required.

The villa layout is also ideal for TWO FAMILIES or for the GRANDPARENTS ! who can have the benefit of the second double room with walk in wet room shower & private sun terrace.

Fantastic break in private villa

The villa is set in a lovely quiet residential area. What impressed us most about the villa was the ability to enjoy the pool without being overlooked.The villa was clean and tidy and all amenities were provided. Initially we were a bit wary of the distance to the shops but the children were soon popping to the shops even in the hottest part of the day.There is a taxi button right outside the villa and the dolmus also stops nearby too. We had a little bit of trouble working out where and which bus to catch back to the villa though and not all taxi drivers were familiar with the villa so there was a little bit of GPS help needed.The help from Tony was invaluable, who was only a text away when we needed him. Tony's friend Mustafa who did the transfers was also very helpful. Not to be missed- private boat trip from Calis, and Saklikent Gorge. Blue Lagoon should also be visited at least once. We found some very good resturants and found eating out was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this villa. We loved it so much we are coming back next year!

HOME FROM HOME

The property was just as described. Situated in a quiet location.Not too far to walk to the nearest supermarket and all amenities.Everything you need for your holiday was there. The water cooler was an added bonus. The property was well maintained, with the pool man coming in every other day to clean the pool.The owner Tony gave us some great tips on the local area, and the best restaurants. we took his advice and wasn't disappointed. Tony was always on hand with the answers to any questions we had. I would recommend this villa. Already booked for May and September 2018.The trips on offer are unbelievable. The Jeep Safari for 30Turkish Lira(£6.74)was the best time ive ever had. i wont tell you what it involves as i will ruin it for you.its a trip not to be missed. We hired the double mobility scooters for £12 for 24 hours. They are great fun. we drove from Calis to Fetiyhe every day. Our age range was 32-81. fun was had by all. Amazing Villa, great location, cant wait to go back. Gill and Steve Golding

Great villa and a fabulous holiday

This is a fabulous villa to stay at in a great location with easy access to the centre of Calais either via the dolmus right outside the villa or press the taxi button outside and one will be there in 5 mins. It's very private and certainly a relaxing holiday at the villa with everything you need to make it a really enjoyable stay. Myself and my husband had an another amazing holiday at the villa and certainly didn't want to leave it all behind. Definately returning again 😊

Perfect Holiday Villa

We have just returned from a 2 week holiday at Huzur Villa where we had a fantastic holiday, the villa is ideally located and a car was not required as the local bus stopped 3 times an hour right outside of the villa gates and a push button taxi call services was ten metres from the villa and we never waited longer than 5 to 8 minutes for a taxi. Tony, Musty & Ahmed were always on hand should you have any queries, and were very quick to respond. We were a family party of 6 and we would all recommend this villa for an ideal holiday, and the pool was the best ever. Many thanks Tony and we are all looking forward to booking with you again. Why they chose this property

The location is excellent, close enough to the Beach front (1 mile) with all the restaurants, Bars and Shops, but far enough away to have peace and quiet whilst relaxing around the pool.There are many,many shops, Bars Restaurants on the way to the beach front. The villa is a good size, with very generous room sizes, plenty of room for everyone.The villa layout is also ideal for two families or for the grandparents who can have the benefit of the second double bedroom with walk in wet room shower & private sun terrace.

The landscaped garden is total private and secluded with beautiful mature plans, shrubs and trees, including Palm and Olive. But you and the children will be spending much of your time in the large 45 sq metre pool.

Getting around is easy, its about fifteen minute easy walk to Calis beach / promenade, One Mile, but there are also many shops, restaurants and bars on the way. The local bus service (Dolmus) goes past the villa gates Three time every hour seven days a week and goes into Fethiye. There is also a Taxi 'call button' ten meters outside the villa gates, just press the button and a Taxi will be with you within Five minutes.

The villa is extensively equipped, and you will find everything you will need, I now have water coolers so you have cold drinking water on Tap! all Linen & Towels are provided including Beach & Pool towels.
