About the villa: Casa Azahar is an attractive traditional-style Spanish villa. Laid out on one level, the villa has a living-room, opening onto a glazed naya, used as a dining-room, which overlooks the pool area, and separate newly-fitted kitchen has French doors which open onto the pool terrace. There are three bedrooms and a newly-renovated bathroom. Outside is a private 8x4m swimming pool and shallow end for children, and sunny terraced area , and there is a gas 'plancha' (griddle) and paella cooker for cooking outside. There is also a shower-room and WC accessed from the kitchen or from the pool terrace. Casa Azahar is comfortably furnished, with washing-machine, microwave and digital satellite TV (with news programmes in English), DVD & there are plenty of books. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living-room. There is off-road parking for three cars on the driveway. The villa, terrace and swimming pool are all on one level, with just three steps up from the driveway.
