5 bedroom villa, sleeps 10, 4 bathrooms large overflow pool children's play room

Large luxury villa set in an elevated position with stunning views of the coastline and Limassol.

The house has five double bedrooms, two en-suite, three with double beds and two with twin beds. Three of the bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gardens and fifteen meter overflow pool.

Suitable for children, the pool has both a key-operated safety cover (which you can walk on when closed) and a padlocked gate controlling access to the pool area. Both of the twin bedrooms have child-locks on the windows. The front of the house has three gates, all of which can be padlocked to stop children wandering out of the house.

There is a child's play room in the loft area.

A wooden baby cot and high chair are both available at the villa.

Located minutes away from the beach and the tourist area of Limassol.

The villa is strictly non smoking.

You can find plenty to do in Limassol including, Paintball, Go-karts, Fasouri Water Park, Boat trips along the coats, Jeep safari, cycling, trekking, water sports galore including ship wreck diving and a host of museums, galleries, historic ancient ruins and wineries to visit.. Something for everyone, or sit by the pool and relax with a good book.

The Crest diving center at the St Rafael Marina, offers introductory courses in scuba diving, diving & boat trips and dive safari’s.

Eat at some of Limassol’s many Cosmopolitan Restaurants - some a few minutes away.

Visit the Medieval Castle where Richard the Lionheart married Beregaria in the heart of the old town.

Kourion Amphitheatre is located on the southern end of Limassol. Discover hidden away in pine forests, Cyprus’ painted churches with their colorful frescoes on walls and apses, ten of which are on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Night life in Limassol tourist area is approx. 1km with bars, clubs & a wide variety of restaurants.

Cyprus’s wine capital Limassol lives up to its reputation as a party town with a wine festival that it hosts every year, at the Municipal Gardens late Aug, early Sept.

Golf: Cyprus is an emerging golfer’s paradise, a place where you can enjoy the game all the year round in an ideal Mediterranean climate.

Choose between three international standard 18 hole golf courses, Aphrodite Hills, near the legendary birthplace of the Greek mythological goddess of love, Secret Valley Golf Course and Minthis Hills.

Golf courses are approx. 40 minutes away.

Ski: Cyprus can offer skiing during the winter months in the Troodos Mountains.

    Payments can either be made via bank transfer

    A non refundable 25% deposit is required on confirmation of booking and the balance is to be paid in full no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.

    A £500 security deposit is required with the balance and will be refunded in full at the end of the stay providing the apartment is in the same condition as found on arrival.


    Changeover dates are entirely flexible.
    Departure time 10am.
    Arrival time after 4pm.
    Bed linen, towels and air conditioning are all provided in the price.

A great place to stay near Limassol

The pictures shown on this site are real ! We just spent 2 wonderful weeks there with my whole familiy - 10 adults in total - and everything just went perfect.
There's a lot of space available for everyone and all the rooms are very spacious and comfortable.
All amenities are provided and you really feel on holidays as soon as you arrive.
The pool is also big enough to enjoy your time swimming.
Though in a quite area, shops and restaurants are available within 5' drive and you can find just anything you need.
The property is well taken care of and in case of any little problem, James is there ready to help.
And yes, the view on the sea is quite fantastic as well, specially in the evenings.
Definitively a place to recommend for any party of 8-10 adults.

What great great place.

Furnished very comfortably and to a high standard, great pool and safe garden for young kids. Easy and quick access to Limassol and the coastal highway though in a quiet position with good views down over the sea.

Our party of six adults and four kids had loads of space and a fantastic week.

Darren's help and advice made our trip to Cyprus so much more straightforward.
Recommended for:  Adventure Seekers, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities

We were very lucky to choose Darren and Stacey's house in Cyprus! When you select a property you have no idea what and where you will be going but we could not have chosen better!

From the start the owners were extremely accommodating. There were 9 in our party of all ages and they sorted our every need before we even arrived.

The house was exemplary, it was a pleasure to stay in and very comfortable and homely. Set up on a hill the views were stunning over the bay It was perfectly located. Out of the hustle and bustle of the town but close enough to shops and amenities.

We would not hesitate to recommend as a place to spend a wonderful holiday and we are very much looking forward to returning ourselves.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities
