This unique and luxurious, newly rebuilt, fully equipped apartment is located in the best spot on the Promenade des Anglais: breath-taking sea view, air-conditioning, 5th floor with elevator access and stairs. Amenities nearby.

Living spac : 44 m². Living room, hardwood floor, open -American style- kitchen; Bedroom, teak bathroom with bath, teak terrace. Equipment: wengé and glass dining table with 4 chocolate leather chairs, wengé double bed, white leather sofa bed - 2 people, leather meridienne and armchairs, wengé coffe table, desk, TV satellite channels, wireless internet connection, hob, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, kettle.

Prices taxes cleaning and food: The said prices are the applicable prices. See above chart.

We do accept long term stays (for a stay longer than one month, please contact us)

Taxes:

The Nice town hall imposes taxes on tourist stays (1.50 Euro per day and per person), which we are obliged to collect for the city. This tax is independent from our offer.

A week for two is 16.80 Euro in local taxes- like in any hotel.

Cleaning:

In the said price there is a professional cleaning service included and provided on a weekly basis. If you need daily cleaning or more frequent, we would be glad to accommodate you with this- and will give you the prices for this too.

Food:

There are many restaurants and take ways around the apartment. There are also two supermarkets (Casino and Champion) who deliver in the very day, considering 7 Euro delivery fee for any order over 50 Euro.

Above 100 Euro, the delivery is free.

Reservation procedure and cancellation policy: To book a stay, we require a 200 Euro down payment. The remainder of the rent is due one month prior to your arrival. as the security deposit -500 Euro-and the lodging taxes- 1,20 Euro per person and per day.

We also need your postal address in order to send the rental agreement, to be signed and returned.

We do accept credit card payment (in Euro only), which implies a bank fee of 4.9%, to be added to the global amount. We also accept bank transfers (considering the transferred amount must be in Euro, and net of bank charges).

You may cancel up to one month before your said arrival.

One month prior to your arrival the full payment is due, in case of cancellation we may return 50 % of the rent if we are able to book the apartment for the said period, if not we will only l return the lodging taxes and the security deposit

Parking area and public transportation: If you have a car:

There is an underground public parking lot:You may rent for a few days or even up to a month. Here are their prices:

One month: 140 Euro

Please note that the parking is independent from our offer.

By foot:

We are within a walking distance from the city centre. For instance, the famous Negresco is number 37 on the Promenade des Anglais, and the apartment is on the 91.

Public buses:

There is also a bus service (public transportation). The bus stop (Rosa Bonheuur) is at the foot of the rear of the building. Many bus lines drive you directly to the train station , city centre and airport, frequently. Bus timetable given in the apartment.

This was our second stay in Catherine's marvellous apartment on the Promenade des Anglais and we would stay again any time we visit Nice. The apartment is bright, modern, in a well maintained building with easy access to transportation, groceries, lovely walks along the promenade and has a view that is unsurpassed. Catherine is a pleasure to communicate with, on occasion has a manager who is equally as helpful. This is our home base in Nice!

A PLACE TO RELAX, RUN, SWIM AND WRITE

The apartment is well arranged and equipped, and spotlessly clean, but the main attraction for us was the location and the incomparable view. About in the middle of the English Promenade, to the left you can see cruise ships going in and out of the harbor, to the right airplanes taking off and landing, straight ahead, the reason for all the coming and going - the gorgeous sea and rocky beach. Directly under our 5th floor view was the bike rack, our primary form of transportation for the month. We were an 18 minute bike ride from the shops and many fine restaurants of the old town (the food is decidedly Italian). Service was available when needed and friendly. My wife ran on the Promenade and swam in the sea. I had a wonderful place to work on my novel. We highly recommend this apartment. Our best recommendation is that we booked it again for four weeks next August.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT AND LOCATION

We arrived on April 21st to the loveliest of apartments. Everything was exactly as it was represented on the website. The apartment was sparklingly clean, well equipped, great travel information, and flowers were waiting when we arrived. Catherine, the owner, was equally lovely. She shared many recommendations and we were delighted that we had the opportunity to meet her in person. I would recommend this location to anyone fortunate enough to vacation in Nice. I hope to return again and again.

FABULOUS FRENCH RIVIERA APARTMENT

We loved every moment in this beautiful ocean front condo.

The balcony was wonderful, and we began and ended every day in Nice taking in the gorgeous view and magnificent weather. We loved having breakfast, lunch and night caps outdoors overlooking the ocean!

The queen bed was wonderfully comfy. We appreciated the extra linens supplied. It was wonderful being able to merely cross the street to swim in the Mediterranean.

Owner made it easy.

AMAZING APARTMENT

My girlfriend and I had the most amazing experience at Stellamar. Not only was the apartment one of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed, Catherine made us feel more than welcome during the entire process. The apartment was even larger than the pictures looked, and everything was beautiful.

Catherine went above and beyond that of a gracious host. My girlfriend forgot a bag full of jewelry in the closet, and she shipped it to the U.S. before we even realized it was gone. If you are going to be staying in Nice, you need to consider Stellmar.
