Brighton is a short taxi ride away, about 5-10 minutes, costing approximately £8 for up to 6 people. A regular bus service operates into Brighton and trains operate from Preston Park into Brighton and up to London hourly

My son had his stag do here 3 years ago and told me what a great place it was. I decided to have a week there over Christmas and invited family and friends to join us when they could. This house was absolutely perfect, there was lots of room, so enough space for everyone who stayed, my busiest night was Christmas night where 17 people stayed over. The house is clean, modern ,spacious and convenient. Andrew has been superb & would highly recommend staying there. We are going back!! brilliant!!

beautiful, spacious base for hens!

Fabulous property with more than enough space for myself and my 14 hens! Ample parking for 6 cars and a well tested smoke alarm system! It was my signal for breakfast ;) taxi prices were random at best but Brighton centre is close enough that you are part of the action yet far enough away to get a good comfy nights sleep! great communication with Andrew before and throughout our stay, would highly recommend this wonderful home to anyone for a luxury weekend away! If i had any gripes (and it really is nit picking) it would be the lack of 'slippers provided' and whatever is used to clean the floors. It was extremely slippy and i spent the weekend hobbling round after slip at the bottom of the stairs shortly after arrival. All in all it was a fabulous weekend and the house made it that much more special. If you havent booked it yet, you definately should! I plan on returning with new hubby in tow after the wedding next year! Thanks Andrew!

Great Large, Modern, Clean Property!

Fantastic house in a quiet residential area with lots of parking space. Very modern facilities huge lounge with doors leading onto large garden equipped with garden furniture.
Great large kitchen with huge dining table.
Bedrooms and bathrooms all modern and very clean.
Owner very helpful gave us local taxi numbers and his contact details for if there was anything we wanted to know about.
Lovely house to relax in has wifi and Virgin media.
Helpful local info put together about nearby restaurants, supermarkets, parks etc.
If you are a group of friends going away this is an ideal place to stay.
I would recommend this place and am looking forward to going back soon!

Long weekend in Brighton

Very much enjoyed our stay. We were a large group staying for a long weekend and the house was perfect to have as a base for spending time away from the city centre, but also close enough to allow easy access by car/taxi to enjoy the sights and attractions of Brighton.

The large lounge and kitchen/dining room were perfect for spending time in the evenings, and all necessary facilities were available for cooking/entertaining. The house also has a good number of bathrooms and shower rooms, suitable for the 20 people the house permits.

There was lots of parking on and off street, which was vital for us, and house was in a good location at the end of a residential street, with good access to the main road and easy to find.

The landlord, Andrew, seemed very reasonable and made check in and check out simple and easy, allowing some flexibility on the check-out time. All in all a good house and a really good weekend had by all.

Big, bright, clean house.

We used the house for my hen weekend. It was ideal for what we needed. The living space is great for socialising. The kitchen is decked out with everything that you'd need. We really liked that the house could accommodate lots of people without it feeling at all cramped. I'd recommend this house if you're after a break in Brighton.

Great stay in a wonderful house

We were a party of 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 5 children. The house was immaculate and everything was in very good condition. Andrew was and has been very responsive both prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. He welcomed us upon arrival and guided us through the property.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the area.

Just returned from an amazing week! Organised an early family Christmas getaway, and had an amazing time. House itself is beautiful - everything is done to a very high standard. I always worry about the comfort of my family when booking a break - and I needn't have worried. The bed was better than my own at home. I would highly recommend staying here, works out superb value for money.
