Brighton is a short taxi ride away, about 5-10 minutes, costing approximately £8 for up to 6 people. A regular bus service operates into Brighton and trains operate from Preston Park into Brighton and up to London hourly

I booked the house for a group of 21 on a hen do and it was absolutely perfect for us. There's loads of space inside, kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms are all a good size. The house was really clean when we got there and my deposit was refunded in full the day we checked out. Highly recommend.

I booked this house for 18 girls on a hen party! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay!
Andrew was really helpful and made me feel I could call him any time with queries and advice. The house was immaculate when we arrived and was a great size for 18 girls to share comfortably. Everyone commented on how great the house was and we are planning on using the house again in the future.
Location was good and not too expensive to get taxis into brighton each day.
All in all this house made our weekend away perfect and it wouldn't have been the same anywhere else!

Fantastic stay

As a hen party of 14 we found the house ideal. It was clean and well presented with plenty of space and bathrooms for getting ready! The location was fantastic - just a short walk into town, and there was plenty of on-road parking. The check in was easy and Andrew (owner) got in touch via phone to check all was ok and was always incredibly polite and helpful.
Brighton (and Hazeldene) was the perfect location for our hen party and we all had a fantastic time!
I'd thoroughly recommend the house to any large parties of any age range as there were a range of activities to suit all.

Perfect Hen Do Location in Brighton

We decided to rent this lovely house for my friend's hen do last weekend.

The house was really gorgeous - lovely furnishings, and plenty of room for all of us to stay! there were five bedrooms, and three bathrooms - great when all of us needed to get ready.

The location was great too - only about 10 mins in a cab from the lanes/Brighton city centre - fare about £8-10.

Would most definitely recommend it for large groups such as hen dos / birthday weekends and would definitely come back.

"This is a perfect house for a Hen weekend. The property is very well managed and the booking process was hassle free and check in and check out made very convenient. Everything was as expected facilities wise and everything listed is provided. The house is good value for what you pay, clean, well equipped and well furnished and the attention to detail with soft furnishing particularly the red colour scheme is a nice touch. We had 11 people in it and the space and number of bathrooms etc was ideal, 14 would have been cosy in the kitchen as the only communal area once all the beds are made up. The house is in an excellent location, just a 20 minute stroll down to where all the action is in Brighton. My bride to be and all the other hens were very comfortable and loved it, so therefore i would highly recommend it."
