My son had his stag do here 3 years ago and told me what a great place it was. I decided to have a week there over Christmas and invited family and friends to join us when they could. This house was absolutely perfect, there was lots of room, so enough space for everyone who stayed, my busiest night was Christmas night where 17 people stayed over. The house is clean, modern ,spacious and convenient. Andrew has been superb & would highly recommend staying there. We are going back!! brilliant!!

LONG WEEKEND IN BRIGHTON

Very much enjoyed our stay. We were a large group staying for a long weekend and the house was perfect to have as a base for spending time away from the city centre, but also close enough to allow easy access by car/taxi to enjoy the sights and attractions of Brighton.

The large lounge and kitchen/dining room were perfect for spending time in the evenings, and all necessary facilities were available for cooking/entertaining. The house also has a good number of bathrooms and shower rooms, suitable for the 20 people the house permits.

There was lots of parking on and off street, which was vital for us, and house was in a good location at the end of a residential street, with good access to the main road and easy to find.

The landlord, Andrew, seemed very reasonable and made check in and check out simple and easy, allowing some flexibility on the check-out time. All in all a good house and a really good weekend had by all.

BIG, BRIGHT, CLEAN HOUSE.

We used the house for my hen weekend. It was ideal for what we needed. The living space is great for socialising. The kitchen is decked out with everything that you'd need. We really liked that the house could accommodate lots of people without it feeling at all cramped. I'd recommend this house if you're after a break in Brighton.

GREAT STAY IN A WONDERFUL HOUSE

We were a party of 3 families consisting of 6 adults and 5 children. The house was immaculate and everything was in very good condition. Andrew was and has been very responsive both prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. He welcomed us upon arrival and guided us through the property.
We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to visit the area.

Just returned from an amazing week! Organised an early family Christmas getaway, and had an amazing time. House itself is beautiful - everything is done to a very high standard. I always worry about the comfort of my family when booking a break - and I needn't have worried. The bed was better than my own at home. I would highly recommend staying here, works out superb value for money.

GORGEOUS HOUSE, FAB LOCATION, GREAT OWNER

My bridesmaid organised my hen do at this house and it was perfect. The house is lovely very spacious and had everything a group of 18 women needed. In fact we spent more time at the house than in Brighton it was so fab! Location is good just short taxi ride away to town centre but fares do go up and down depending on traffic etc. Andrew the Owner is great at his job, was on hand at any point to answer any questions before and during our stay. The kettle broke when we were there and he ran his over from his house which was fab as 18 hungover girls needed tea....he was our hero! The deposit was back in our account by sunday evening. It was an awesome weekend. Thank you, will definitely be back.
