This spacious apartment is situated on the cliffs of the famous Mont Boron Mountain, Cap de Nice on the east side of Nice. The apartment 'hangs' over the cliff and affords stunning views from all rooms over the Mediterranean, from the lighthouse in Villefranche to the coastline of Nice all the way to Antibes. The apartment has two master bedrooms each with high quality double beds, linens and air conditioning. The large air conditioned lounge opens on to a 30 metre terrace and small garden. The fully equipped kitchen is open-plan to the dining area seating 8 and looks on to the comfortable lounge with a smart tv. A private elevator and 3 flights of steps take you to street level from where you can walk to the beach or town with reliable bus services in either direction.
This peaceful location is perfect for enjoying the city, beaches, the mountains and most of all the stunning views of the Mediterranean. A perfect rental.

Wonderful, amazing and brilliant

This is a truly spectacular property which has everything you need. Both bedrooms have good air conditioning and we all slept extremely well. Whilst the property is good it truly is the views which are the highlights. From the bedrooms in particular you can see the sun rising over the light house at cap Ferrat. Location wise it’s great to be slightly out of Nice town. You can catch the bus from the Carrefour one minute walk down the round or Uber it into town for euro15 I saw other people mention the lift etc on reviews as a negative factor. We had no problems whatsoever with this. Not suitable for someone who has difficulty walking but it didn’t impact on us. You rarely find great views on the ground floor Would highly recommend it so long as you don’t book it when we want to go.

Ideal location and ease of travel to Monaco and Nice town centre

Lovely property with all we could ask for, stunning views and a lovely garden area to sit in. Great weather meant we could eat all our meals on the terrace with the Mediterranean as our back drop. Access seemed a bit daunting at first but we soon got used to it and it proved no issue, the convenience of bus links to all areas of the coast certainly makes this property a winner, plus a good supermarket within a 5 minute walk made buying food easy. Definitely recommend

Beautiful apartment with fantastic views

Apartment is spacious, comfortable, quiet, and the views are outstanding. The apartment is a 45 minute walk from Vieux Nice, 5 minutes from a grocery store.

Wow! What a Gem! Love this place! Wonderful!

Everything about this property is simply wonderful! We usually stay around the Port area but decided on a change this time! Upon arrival we were stunned! This apartment is a hidden gem! You arrive to a little green door which leads into a lovely little garden with its own lemon tree.At the end is a stunning terrace overlooking the ocean! As soon as you enter it is flooded with light! Lovely & bright! From every room including the en suite bathroom there are stunning views of the sea.It is just heaven to wake up everyday & see the views.It is nice & roomy in every room, plenty of space & everthing you need.Unfortunately we experienced the Beast from the East so the weather was cold, we even had snow.This truely wonderful place made up for the disappointing weather.We did lots of walking! you can wander down through the garden or take the remarkable lift down into the bat cave as we named it.The lift is invaluable for the journey back up.You can easily walk down into the port & town, not far at all.We usually got the bus back for only one or two euros.There is a supermarket on the corner nearby which is very handy when eating in & there is an Italian Restaurant just across the road.I think we have found a place we will return to again & again.A real home from home! The Mont Boron area is very nice! Many thanks to Pam for arranging the airport taxis.
