A Truly Holiday Home with swimming pool and Jacuzzi, BBQ area, Wi-Fi. Just recently launched and designer finished with modern furnishings. 7 bedroom villa accomodates up to 18 persons.

Villa Diamantina, a stunning 7-bedroom villa, is located in the centre of the island, within the upmarket area of High Ridge/St.Julians. It is just 5 minutes away by car from the popular towns of St Julian’s and Sliema, and the nightlife capital Paceville. This brand new property comfortably sleeps 10 people, but can accommodate up to 18. Property comprises of 3 spacious double bedrooms with balcony and sea views, triple bedroom and Bunk bedrooms. The villa also comprises of 5 bathrooms, two of which are en-suite shower rooms. With its Designer finish and modern furnishings, the property has excellent facilities inside and out, including a large swimming pool with a Jacuzzi, spacious surrounding terrace for outside dining and BBQ area, games room and childrens play area, roof terrace, cable TV with international channels, a well-equipped designer kitchen and Wi-Fi. It also enjoys unobstructed sea views, a secure car park on street and easy access to many of the island's highlights, as well as necessary amenities. The villa is also situated near villa Sunnyside and villa Belvedere, perfect for family groups.

How To get around: Car Hire is recommended for touring the island but Public Transport is nearby .All amenities can be reached within 5 minutes drive. 20 minutes drive to airport. Countryside walks - 2 minutes walk . Beach 5 minutes drive. Seaside 5 minutes drive. Casino - 5 minutes drive. Scuba dive centre - 10 minutes drive. Restaurants, cafes, bars, - 10 minutes by walk. Bank and ATMS - 10 minutes by walk. Shops - 5minutes drive. Yacht Marina - 20 minutes drive. Bus Stop - 5 minutes to reach Bus Stop on foot.

Ruim huis op Malta

Villa Diamantina is een ruim huis met veel slaapplaatsen. Vanaf het terras heb je een mooi uitzicht op zee en op de stad. De slaapkamer op de bovenste verdieping heeft een geweldig uitzicht vanuit het bed en geeft toegang tot een extra zonneterras.
In de kelder kunnen jong en oud zich vermaken met o.a. een tafeltennistafel en een pooltafel.
Rond het zwembad zijn voldoende ligbedden.
Omdat het openbaar vervoer op Malta spotgoedkoop is (wij betaalden ongeveer € 6,50) voor een weekkaart, heb je geen auto nodig. De bushalte is op een paar minuten lopen (heuvelafwaarts). Ook is er een supermarkt op zo'n 15 minuten lopen.
Houd wel rekening met extra kosten achteraf voor o.a. het gebruik van de airco. Het was volgens ons klantvriendelijker geweest als dit bedrag gewoon in de huurprijs was inbegrepen.
Neem ook een vliegenmepper mee, want de vliegen waren soms zeer hinderlijk aanwezig.

Excellent location and excellent facilities

We stayed here as a family group with friends. The owners were professional and very helpful; we had a few minor issues and they were friendly and quick to respond to any queries without being invasive. The villa is located within a residential area and although it's not in the heart of the night-life or town, it provided a balance for us after a busy day sightseeing etc. The villa has easy access to the local bus routes; and the buses take you almost anywhere with St Julians a short 10 minutes away! A short 5 minute walk delivers you to a well stocked supermarket and greengrocers store and these ensured we were never out of provisions. The property is needing a little deep cleaning within the en-suite bathrooms but other than that it was generally clean and presentable on arrival. The villa has an outside pool and jacuzzi that is not heated, but when the sun is out and there's 25 degree heat who cares :) There is a shared heated indoor pool which we didn't use. Our only complaint was a significant population of flies - which we believe were being attracted by the proximity of the next door neighbours horse (which we found charming and bemusing); and the same next door neighbours dogs who seemed to howl whenever they heard a police siren, though thankfully that wasn't often.

Overall if you do not want to be in the middle of the St Julians mayhem; and if you're looking for a quality of accommodation with easy access to local routes then I can recommend the Villa Diamantina.

We really enjoyed our stay. What we liked most is that besides the outdoor pool there is also an indoor pool facility and a jacuzzi ..... which you can enjoy in a nice and relaxing atmosphere. We really recommend this villa for a luxurous stay and a relaxing holiday. Thank you

Fantastic Villa

8 of us recently attended a wedding in Malta and booked this Villa for our weeks stay. The Villa was fantastic and just as we expected, it was very clean and well maintained and a joy to stay in, it was extremely spacious and the views were amazing, we enjoyed some fantastic meals using the BBQ area and the pool was fantastic also. David was a pleasure to deal with, very efficient and the information inside the Villa on what to do in Malta, where and when was brilliant for us 1st time visitors to Malta.
I would recommend this Villa to anyone! 5*

St Julians, a fishing village, later turned to a summer residence for wealthy locals and now developed into one of the Island's mostly fetched resorts for night life and entertainment, especially for the youngsters and the middle aged. Within walking distance to Paceville, this village still retains some of it's old dwellings and boat houses. The small bay still shelters numerous coloured Maltese boats that are berthed here all year long. St. Julians derives it's name from the Patron Saint of hunters. St. Julians is a village for all ages and walks of life. The young at heart will enjoy nearby Paceville - this locality offers much to tourists looking for nightlife entertainment, including discos, bars , Casino , restaurants and other entertainment. Paceville/St.George's Bay is very much a resort area, and has the largest concentration of restaurants ,bars and clubs in Malta. Car Hire is recommended but Public Transport is nearby .All amenities can be reached within 5 minutes drive.
