This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. It has two terraces for dining and relaxing both with sea and mountain views and two large swimming pools set in beautiful landscaped gardens.

It is spacious throughout with one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a twin bedroom served by an additional bathroom.There is also a separate double sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate a 5th and 6th occupants when required. The apartment is equipped with all mod cons to ensure that your stay is as relaxing and pleasurable as possible. It has air con, English TV, a DVD and there is free internet access.The lounge has double glass doors leading onto the two elevated terraces.

The apartment is far enough away from the night-life for those who prefer quiet relaxation in the sunshine.There are paddle tennis courts, a gym and a spa available next door to the apartments which allows payment for gym access and beauty treatments for those who like to keep fit while away, or just relax and unwind in luxury.The apartment is also accessible to all areas of Benalmadena via the regular bus service that stops on the main road. It is also accessible to Los Boliches beach front with it´s array of beachfront bars, shops and restaurants.

We also provide a book of all the local information, useful phone numbers & tourist information maps, containing detailed information on all areas of Benalmadena Costa & Benalmdena Pueblo regarding recommended restaurants, bars, market days, tourist attractions etc. Since we live locally, we are able to provide lots of useful personal hints & tips on how to make the most of your holiday from day one. You can also opt for airport transfers and even a tour on arrival by our local representative that has over 20 years experience of living and exploring the local area. All in all you will have a full service holiday without the costs of the package holiday prices.

Welcome to our Spanish holiday apartment on the Costa del Sol. Close to Benalmadena Pueblo, Mijas and Fuengirola it’s the perfect place to relax, unwind and soak up the Spanish sun.

Fully furnished, it is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom property on the second floor with lift access, facing west, and offering panoramic views of the countryside, sea and spectacular sunsets. With the resort spa, tennis, paddle, and gym right next door (daily memberships can be purchased - 40 euros) it's the perfect spot for both summer and winter rentals.

It is located in the beautiful urbanization of Reserva del Higueron, which is situated in an elevated position offering stunning views to both the sea and mountains. Reserva del Higueron with its magnificent gardens and two lovely large lagoon pools is within easy access of Benalmadena, Mijas, Fuengirola and Malaga. Those wanting to explore beyond the resort should definitely think of including car hire as part of their holiday planning.

Golf: Within 30 minutes of several golf courses including Alhaurin Golf and several courses along the Costa del Sol.

    - Arrival & departure days are flexible so that you can book flights according to when they are competitively priced.
    - DISCOUNTED RATES FOR STAYS OF TWO WEEKS OR MORE
  • More booking information:
    - A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable on confirmation of the booking.
    - The balance of 70% is payable two months before arrival.
    - For bookings confirmed within 2 months of arrival, the full amount is payable at the time of confirmation.
    - A damage and breakage deposit of £150 is payable. This will be refunded within a few days of you vacating the apartment following the return of all keys and a satisfactory property inspection.
    - Normal check in time on the day of arrival is 3:30pm. Normal check out time on the day of departure is 10:30am.
    - Early check in and extended and late check out times can be arranged by prior agreement and will include a 25 euro fee.
    - Travel cots & high chairs can be provided on request.
    - One set of bedding & a bath towel & a hand towel is provided per person.
    - Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment, please use the outside terraces if smoking.
  • You will be met personally with the keys on your arrival by our local representative with over 20 years experience of living and exploring the local area and can give you lots of useful information on how to get the most out of your holiday. All in all you will have a full service holiday without the costs of the package holiday prices. We can also help larger groups, or two families travelling together, by allocating two apartments on this complex which are close together.

Notes: This gated and secure complex has been designed to the highest standards and is located in an elevated position with unspoilt views towards the Mediterranean coastline as well to nearby towns of Fuengirola and Benalmadena. Reserva del Higueron provides 2 beautiful and ample lagoon style pools surrounded by mature and landscaped gardens with a waterfall and a lake. It has 24 hour security service and gardens and pool areas are secure and accessible only with a key. Not suitable for young children in buggies, or the elderly or infirm. Local taxi service will get you to and from the village. A rental car is recommended. A free shuttle runs several times a day from the entrance to the beach and back.

I can't recommend this apartment enough, it was such a chilled weekend i just didn't want to go home. (Mind you home was sub zero temperatures at the time!)
Everything you could possibly need is thoughtfully provided, and aside from the need for a few provisions, i barely needed to leave. The views are beautiful, the distant tinkle of bells around the goats necks as they forage on the mountains at sunset... just delightful.
The apartment was immaculately spotless, and really comfortable. I was working so was there alone, but it was so spacious, two couples or a large family could rub along there still having plenty of room for privacy. I wish i was back there right now!

Perfectly secluded

We booked this villa because we wanted complete privacy and we got it, not overlooked at all and very quiet. It was exactly what we wanted during our travels through Southern Spain. Very clean and well maintained too.
